Great service from very knowledgeable staff. Very good selection of equipment and reptiles. I highly recommend Jurassic for all your herpetology needs.

Fantastic place for reptiles the have fish too and spiders that l didn't get to see due to them only coming out at nite or feeding time

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good cricket prices, and a wide range of enclosure items.

Only criticism would be that I feel sometimes that the enclosures are a little small - but the lizards look well looked after, particularly a very special Silkback (Constantly shedding - medical condition) lizard. Looked happy, even with a very tedious condition to take care of.

A hugee store with basically all your reptile and aquatic needs! The girl who served us was very informative and welcoming.

Plenty of lovely reptiles and fish, love the turtles thank u for showing us the spider and the little scorpion.

My daughter Chelsea took me for a visit.
It was awesome. So many snakes, lizards and various other treats to view. The 4 ft monitor lizard was my daughter's favorite. She wanted to take it home.

Love coming here, wide variety of enclosures, reptiles & fish. Definitely my number one go too for my reptiles needs.

Aquarium products and livestocks are pretty basic - not much to look at or choose from. Reptile stuff aren't my thing but they seem great, saw quite a few of exotic-looking reptiles. There are two big pythons that look pretty interesting (and intimidating:) )

The best reptile shop I’ve ever been to, they have affordable prices, and also have knowledgeable stuff, and they’re super friendly. I bought two dragon from this shop, and they’re both great, and really healthy, nice shopping experience, all the bigger bearded dragons sold out quickly, so I only bought two baby dragons, but they’re really cute.

I wouldn't recommend buying animals here especially frogs. I spend alot of money on frogs & they have all been sick. Owner took no responsibility.

I have had frogs a long time and this has never happened before. Treating me like l know nothing. It's all about money.

If you want reptile supplies this is place to go. As pretty much everything you will need for reptiles. Staff are also knowledge and passionate about reptiles.

What an awesome shop, it's extremely organised and clean and has some of the best products, the staff are super friendly and helpful too, I'm going back for sure.

Product listed in website cannot be found at the store. The staff suggested a poor product with expensive price with very reluctant, very un-professional manner. Due to the urgent situation of my fish tank, bought it and very unhappy with the service, unhappy with double price for poor product.
Asking the owner advice for the pipe -8mm-. He provided wrong info -14mm- and suggested to go to Bunnings to buy it. Hopeless both of them, the boss and the staff.
Dont go there unless you know 100% what you look for. Besides, there are much better store and service near by. Will never go back there again.

Such an amazing customer support team. I run a small animal shelter and was running low on F10 hand gel (due to the shortage). I was unable to acquire stock at my usual place so I turned to Jurassic Jungle. I sent through a message on Facebook to confirm stock and they replied as prompt as ever (less than 5 minutes)!

Standard shipping was only available so I enquired about express. They were more than willing to sort out express! Within an hour (maybe even less) my package was shipped! Such a quick dispatch!

I am absolutely chuffed with the service (as you can probably tell haha).

If they stocked the 5L F10 hand gel I would more than happily make them my main supplier. However! I absolutely love that they sell the 100ml bottles. I am yet to come across another place that sells these. They are the perfect size to carry around when making visits outside of the shelter! So on that note I most likely will be become a regular purchaser of the 100ml.
