Jump swim school in Point Cook has been amazing with my kids. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming.

My two kids attended jump swim schools Point Cook last year and start of this year. My daughters class and teacher was great! But my son had Charlotte as his swimming instructor and she looked like she didn't want to be there, she was staring off into space a lot and she even rolled her eyes at him when we rocked up to lessons once. She honestly made us leave this swim school because of her awful attitude towards the kids in her classes.

Excellent teachers, my 4yr old son has learnt more in a few months than the entirety of time at one of the large leisure center classes for 12 months.

We have been to two different swim schools over the years being left with two anxious little swimmers. Since joining Jump both our girls in only 3 months are now confident and comfortable in the water the difference is amazing. Aside from that the staff and management are always really friendly and accommodating.

Yes there are waiting lists and the staff work extremely hard to make it possible to get the right time and days to suit every customer. They have a long list cause they are fantastic and everyone wants to apply.

The overall look and feel of the centre is very disappointing. The decking (only on one side of the pool) could have been wider. Showers could have been cleaner. Floors are always wet and dirty. Lacks overall professionalism and customer focus. Unresponsive towards customers even after multiple follow-ups. Teachers changed multiple times during a session which impacts child's learning and progress in the class. The number of children per half hour class should be reduced to increase one on one time with the kids.

The first time I visited the complex to enrol my little one into lessons the complex was closed although I saw people swimming. Granted, they hadn't reopened after xmas on the normal return to work date however after calling the complex there was absolutely no indication on their voice mail on what their xmas closing times were. Very unprofessional for anyone looking to enrol. 24 hours later I received a call and was told to come to the complex at 9am or 11am. So I went today arriving approximately 10.55am and the complex was closed. I waited 10 mins, no one showed up. No sign on the door. The complex had my contact number so at the very least, I should've recieved a call advising they weren't going to be open. In my view, they are obviously not all overly fussed about new clients. I will not chase them to give my business. I am not even going to bother going to them for a 3rd visit, it's a complete waste of my time. Taking my business elsewhere. Thumbs down!

A fantastic swim school. Our 2yo has been there for a year and is absolutely thriving. Her confidence and skill in the water is all thanks to her great teachers. Would recommend to anyone!

I have had my two children enrolled at JUMP! In Point Cook for a year now, the teachers are educated, professional and friendly. We are always welcomed to classes with smiles all around and it is a very warm and comfortable environment where everyone is at ease. My son has excelled and progressed forward and has been encouraged every step of the way, where as my daughter (who is slightly younger and has a few confidence issues with the water) has been nurtured and encouraged by all the teachers she has encountered. I am so thankful the we switched to JUMP, Steve and Kath are extremely helpful and accommodating, always doing their absolute best to make class times convenient and achievable, they are approachable and speaking with them is just like speaking with a friend. Communication through sms/facebook where required has been a blessing in keeping us up to date with what's going on within the school. I feel very at ease with my kids at JUMP! The fees are super affordable and excellent value:)

We have been sending our daughter since she was 3 months old, (she is nearly 11months old) we love it, everyone is so nice and welcoming! Would recommend jump swim school in point cook to any one. My daughter loves going every week.
