Jump Central Trampoline Centre

Our grandchildren love coming to Jump central. They spend hours enjoying all the different activities.

We celebrated our kids 8th birthday here. Nice place to have a part for energetic kids.party host was wonderful. Kids had a good time. We self catered for the party as we had kids with food/diet restrictions.

I booked a 2hr session from 12pm-2pm. Was planning on having some lunch there.
My kids, 9 &12, were bored within 20 mins and they don’t offer any food other than some ice creams, chocolate bars and some muffins. Only hot food is served to birthday parties.
All tables were reserved for parties as well so had to awkwardly sit on a bench somewhere feeling very much in the way.
This place might be ok for under 6 year olds and for a hour but was an absolute waste of money for us.
Won’t go there again.

Highly recommend. Just check the times and call ahead to avoid any disappointment. Kids looooved it. Adults thought it wasn't to bad either.

Absolutely horrible! Kept on getting kicked off each area as there were parties. Made to leave each trampoline for parties to use only. Absolute waste of money, very rude staff. Never go when there are parties. Made to pay full price and don’t even get to use the facilities entirely. Beyond angry!

Did not have good experience. Teenage kids were allowed to wrestle and run all over trampolines without any regard for smaller kids jumping. Supposed to be some oversight by staff but this was non-existent. Would not recommend for kids < 8 years.

Clean facilities. Well organized. Only disappointing thing was that everyone had to be on time without even a five minute buffer and most importantly "the party ends when the cake is brought out" - meaning that everyone had to leave after the cake and the kids can't play in a centre that is at best at 1/5 capacity

What would make it better if there was a trampoline basketball court like the ones in America that would be sick

Didn't realise that it's for smaller children. I looked great for them but I left. They were very nice and gave a refund.

Great way to spend a bit of time away from the tv.

Prices were a little high, and the seating wasn't near the jumping so you can't keep an eye on the kids. Unlike jump Central which is twice as big and has seating that overlooks the jump area. But is slightly more expensive.

They also do birthday parties, which were well supervised.

I had my son's birthday here in late February and it was great, the venue is clean, great music, booking process was straight forward. Spencer kept the kids busy and engaged and laughing the whole time. Food was good, as was assistance with the cake.

Good but you can get judged if you are with the party or not, fom pits need more supervision and need to be cleaned more regularly overall okay jumping area for kids but the place is a bit dusty

Had a fab time watching my son & grandson doing back flips etc into foam pit. Quality time spent with family

Just finished from a birthday party staff were extremely rude! Never coming back again you miserable, sad people!

Thankyou to all the staff, in particularly my nephew's b'day party group leader Chelsea who organised and entertained 17 x 9 year olds (2 girls and 15 boys) amazingly for 2hrs. The birthday boy definitely had a fabulous time with all his friends. Whilst Mum and Dad reduced their stress by having the centre cater for the kids. Great fun place for a kids party.

We went here for a child's birthday party. Challenging activities. Liked the food. Not too many people so not too noisy. Finished up with a great soccer game with dad's and sons at the end.

Great fun for all ages. Sessions are 1hr each and cost around $12 (no concessions or age discounts). During school holidays they have an inflatable section. There is a little kids playground, however this has never been opened - its still under construction. Cafe on site and facilities are clean.

Not bad place, but sessions are only 1 hour. Biggest issue here is the bday party kids (they have many parties on the same day) get priority over everything. We kept getting kicked out of an area whenever they brought bday party kids through, then moved onto another area, only to get kicked out of there 5 mins later. Waited 15 mins for the foam pit to become available, as staff told us to wait for the party kids to be done with the area. Spent a total of 20-25 mins jumping and 35-40 mins waiting. I don't see what the big deal would've been to let everyone use the place. You need to work on that, since people pay by the hour.

Fantastic trampoline adventures for kids. Great venue for kids birthday parties, all things catered for.even I enjoyed watching the fun.

It's ok here. The do get bits of foam in their eyes from the foam pit though which isn't very nice for them.
