Watery flavourless bowl. Such a shame as they used to be so good. Girl serving me today added the wrong toppings and when corrected just scrapped them off the top. Hate to say but as a regular customer I won’t be returning

Wow, what a place, totally looked after by Michael and Julia, amazing food, exceptional service and what a great experience looking out to Chapel Street while enjoying fabulous vegan sandwiches. There also sell nut butters made in-house.

Every single time I come here I have a lovely conversation with the staff, often with the owner. (As someone who has worked for many years in different cafés) I can honestly say that what makes a good coffee place is not just the quality of the food/drinks, it is also about it is also about the staff and the atmosphere. Also, the other day I saw them repurpose an empty/clear milk carton as a takeaway tray. A for sustainability! This is genius!:)

Got a curried tofu sandwich and choc banana smoothie - delicious! Friendly service and all vegan! Give it a go.

Edit: venue is not wheelchair accessible though, two stairs to get in. Wish it was accessible, my partner in a wheelchair can't get inside! Please consider fixing this.

I absolutely love this place. Everytime I come to South Yarra I plan it around lunch so I can come here for a coffee and Reuben sandwich. Friendly staff, delicious food.

We worked with Jumi's Cafe for our event, Paddle across the Bay, and we only have positive things to say about this venue and their team especially. All very warm and welcoming, how hospitality should be done. Plus their menu is to die for! Lots of healthy options and super fresh produce. Thanks team for doing such a stellar job!

The “Comfort Bowl” açai bowl was absolutely mouthwatering and delicious, absolute “A grade” coffee on the two occasions I have been here also, the staff are super friendly, relatable and a joy to deal with, the cafe itself is a simple layout and welcoming environment, can’t wait to come back as soon as I can, all the best guys!

If you’re vegan, run don’t walk to get their mushroom and Reuben toasties. 11/10. Large servings and the vegan pecorino is to die for

Lovely little place, good service and nice food
I had a try of the two salads in the window and a juice.
However, I would prefer reusable crockery as it is more environmentally-conscious.

Start your week on the right note by detoxing with healthy sandwiches, juices, superfood smoothies and açai bowls from @jumis_cafe

A 100% plant based cafe specialising in freshly made morning breakfast options. We tried the rainbow sandwich which is a slaw sandwich full of so many goodness, feels very light and refreshing to eat. Must try.

The Reuben toastie was so satisfying and yummy, loved the combination of the flavours of sauerkraut, mustard, cheddar and Russian dressing besides tomato, tempeh and pickles. Highly recommended

Green machine and stay up beet juices are very filling, yet light and fresh. Both were equally amazing and must try.

The nutter açai bowl is perfect for someone who loves a strong nutty taste, and their house made almond butter is the key factor in this açai bowl, making it so irresistible, mouthwatering and very delicious. The açai is of good quality, and you could tell right from the very first try. Highly recommend.

The service is fantastic, prompt and attentive and the staff here are all super helpful, cheerful, friendly and very welcoming in nature. The prices are way better and reasonable than some overpriced açai places, also their quality is really supreme.

So why not make your Monday mornings wiser by grabbing a nutritious, vegan brekkie from @jumis_cafe

A vegan jem in south Yarra. Lovely breakfast rolls. Good coffee. Extremely friendly staff. It has a couple tables outside. Fairly cozy inside. Good juices. Good selection.

Yummmm! Such a great selection of tasty vegan food. The Maqui bowl was so light yet filling and the brekky wrap was delicious. I can't wait to visit in person if it's this good through delivery.

Love their twist on an acai bowl with their macqui bowls made with maqui berries whipped with coconut milk & cream to create an ice cream consistency - prefer this over my regular acai as I find this stays in that thick consistency more than your usual watery acai bowls.

Next door to a well-established acai bowl and smoothie place, I’m surprised people don’t hop into this store more as they do one of the best acai and macqui bowls in Melbourne.

Maqui comfort bowl (5/5) : Not too sweet and had the most perfect consistency as a base I have ever had in Melbourne cafes and smoothie bars. Fruit was super fresh, and they make you realise you don’t need a lot of toppings to make a good acai bowl if their toppings are made to perfection. I’m talking about their house made peanut butter and CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SPREAD which is to die for. Not a fan of chocolate and this won me over for having one of the best house made nut butter spreads. Heard their almond butter is just as good.

Staff were kind enough to cater to my particular personality and give me half of the PB and half of the choc PB without charging extra.

Although not many variations, they do a simple yet perfect acai and maqui smoothie bowl.

Taste: 5/5
Value: 5/5
Ambience: 3/5
Service: 4.5/5

I have visited Jumi’s almost every morning for over a year now. By far the best cafe any local area can have. The staff are attentive, happy and very welcoming which makes coming in a delight. Thank you Jumi’s
