Marty and Charles tackled a challenging task of cleaning carpet and leather furniture. When they arrived, I expressed I had low expectation of them being able to make a significant difference given the condition of the floor and furniture. What they were able to achieve was fantastic and well beyond my expectations.

The job was booked for 1pm and they arrived right on time. They measured and gave me the price before they started and then very thoroughly cleaned my couch. I was recommended Jumbuck by a carpet supplier as we had specific carpet staining that needed to be rectified. Everyone I dealt with at Jumbuck was highly professional and customer focussed, from my first discussion with Glen to Georgia who arranged the visit and Marty and team that undertook the work. From our experience there are many carpet cleaners with limited experience/ability, but Glen and his team had detailed knowledge and provided a solution based on our type of carpet and the specific problem.

Amazing results on my King Furniture sofa after a teenage party! The upholstery looks fantastic. The guys worked so hard on it, and were really lovely. Great goodie bag too, with products to spot clean in future. Would recommend them to anyone.
