The service I received when purchasing the carry on pro was impeccable, however getting accosted by the ill mannered warehouse staff post purchase was intrusive, boorish and uncivilised, all whilst invading my personal space which was startling, at one point me concerned for my safety. The experience left me dismayed and anxious to the point of wanting to return the luggage I bought as a gift. This person clearly has no respect for customers nor does he care much about being a reasonable person.

Everyone should have July Luggage! Such a beautiful brand with a super amazing team at their Collingwood store! Highly recommend!
