5 Wish I had called first! Arrived to an OPEN sign on the door at 14: 35 on Wednesday 21st of September, another woman also arrived to the store, which was locked up. A sign in the window stating closed 16,17th and 19th, would reopen on Tuesday the 20th. Nothing regarding the following days.
At least put the CLOSED.sign in the window. Won’t be using the store again.
When you accidentally park in their customer car parks and a seemingly bored out of his brains shop assistant pounces at the opportunity and rudely requests you park elsewhere.
I’m sure that made your job that much more fulfilling.
Your response definitely proves my comment above. So I’d say you’re the problem.
Helpful staff, great little shop for a variety of fabrics, thread, yarn, zips, needles, patterns and habidashery. They even gave me a mask pattern for free! Very happy.
Great range of linens, but I was honestly shocked by how rude the salesperson was. I have a genuine interest in sourcing/production of linen because I am a student studying to be a textile engineer. When asking about sourcing, the woman rudely disclaimed ‘I don’t release that information to the general public because the company gets annoyed about people without a BSN-‘ which was pretty rude already until I interrupted her to say I wasn’t interested in buying off the distributors. I explained my interest to which she rolled her eyes, then explained that some of the fabrics come from India and China, which was all she really had to say. Honestly really put a dampener on my day and put me off buying any of the fabrics I was interested in.
Great range of linens, quality after five fabrics and bamboo jerseys with friendly service.
