It’s good cozy place for all ages for kids they can find games, books, and even small toys to play quietly quiet corner to prepare for exams or real concentration print and computer section for a quick task to complete if you don’t own a computer at home and staff they are really helpful caring and supportive

Awsome place and good variety of books and DVDs. My kid loves it. Professional and helpful staff as well.

It was the noisiest library I had ever visit. Although the facilities were good and the staff were friendly, the environment was so noisy and there was no staff to manage the noise, which was really disappointing.

Plenty of parking. Heaps of collection of books and DVD specially for children. Easy borrowing system. Staff are helpful.

Great location with ample parking. Friendly staff with huge collection of items, keeps updating. Well spaced areas, wheelchair access, decent toilets, dedicated spaces for specific needs and great place to explore, gain some knowledge, browse the net, study quietly or in group, play with kids or even sit peacefully.

My favourite library. Internet connection is strong and lots of areas for quite independent study.

**** Internet connection is worst. Please improve the quality of internet service. I always have a problem to see any academic stuff in online even with my own mobile data internet. Mobile signals are also very bad. Please work on it**** other than everything is good. They are providing greate service to the community.

Because u can use the net and do other stuff their and the people who work their are friendly too.

Very very nice place with good collection of books and has some great facilities. But staff really to to tighten up on the kids that have just let loose. Libraries are supposed to be a "Quiet Place" and this one is definitely not. Staff really need to be more strict with this.

Would happily give it 4-5 stars, but those kids omg! It's quieter at a shopping centre on Saturday afternoon. As I write this a toddler is screaming behind me and their parents are oblivious. I mean traditionally libraries are meant to be quiet places right? Other than that the facilities are amazing and the staff are very nice and helpful too, just need to be more assertive with kids and their parents.

Very rude staff when asking for a book always pushed to make a Wyndham card went I don't want it. Wont be coming back.

The best place with a huge collection of books. The staff is also soo good but when it comes to kids running around in the library and shouting so loudly, the staff doesn’t say anything to kids and to their parents specially the young staff members they just walk around with a trolley of books to put it back into the shelf’s, they doesn’t care who is shouting or running, however, we all come to for a piece of mind so that we can study there instead of studying at home. If we are getting the same atmosphere in library like as a home so I think we all are wasting our time. I want someone a responsible person to take an action regarding this as soon as possible. That is why I give 3 stars to this library.thanks

The staff is amazingly helpful and everything looks pretty maintained and placed in well order. Very helpful place during exam times and peaceful place whenever you want to relax or just feel like surfing books. Overall great place.

A great collection of books, CDs, ebooks, eAudiobooks, newspapers, computers and wifi. All of these are free of cost after requesting library card on the submission of 100 points of IDs. You can use the same card for other library of wyndham city council.

You can borrow more than 30 books at a time and keep for one month in most of the cases.

You can also find the information of community events in the near area. Often organising games and events for kids.

Other amenities includes reading booths, gaming computers, and 24x7 return window.

Only giving 4 stars for lesser wifi speed.

Nice quiet environment.
Wifi downloading speed is 6-8 Mbps, upload speed is 0.5-0.6 Mbps.

Great book collection, spaces, and facilities. Love the coffee machine outside (makes really good coffee!). However, library is far too noisy at times. Librarians are friendly, and cool - but seem to have given up trying to abate noise. Perhaps a sign should be put up for parents to control their children?

Excellent library and helpful staff. Only issue is when children come and disturb the environment. Parents are to be blamed for the same. They need to teach their kids that libraries are not a playground.
