Rudest customer service the lady who had me was absolutely disrespectful and incompetent at her job. She kept throwing remarks at me and messing up my nails. Once she was done, she told me to get out! She does not know how to paint nails, she only did one coat and it was still see through and she painted on my hand and didn’t take it off. When requested to remove it, she blatantly said no. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN, I AM APPALLED!

I had an appointment at 7pm on Thursday 14 for sns removal and a new set and I didn't get seated until 8pm due to the team taking people walking in. They sat me at the foot spa area with my nails soaking in alcohol for 1 hour which damaged my nails and skin. They charged me $100 for full extension with a simple chrome finish which is really expensive compared to other places. I have been going to this place for a while and the customer service and attention to my requests is really poor. Disappointed to say that I won’t be returning.

Pathetic service. I did pedi today, staff is so rude and did a rushed job. I would not recommend this place at all.

I came here on the 19th of March at roughly 4pm. I’ve had my nails done here a couple of times and decided to get a pedicure with my friend. While doing my pedicure the staff member cut my toe and it started bleeding, and she didn’t even properly apologise, she only said ‘sorry’ very quietly under her breath and did not do anything to ensure my toe didn’t get infected. My toe continued to bleed during my appointment and she had to dab away the blood with a cotton ball/tissue multiple times. After she finished I told another staff member that my toe was still bleeding and the other staff member put antiseptic liquid on it. I’m surprised the original lady had access to the antiseptic the whole time but didn’t use it? My toe continued to hurt for the next couple of days.

I assumed the two ladies would communicate with the manager about cutting my toe but they did not and I was still charged full price. I am not usually an argumentative person so I didn’t say anything at the time, but after seeing the manager’s highly unprofessional replies to low reviews on here I felt obligated to leave a review. Calling people racist and getting so defensive at reviews from customers is unprofessional and not a good look for your salon - it only shows that the comments about rude service are correct. As a business you need to remain professional at all times, including your online presence. Do better.

I usually receive good service at Julex Glen. Unfortunately today was not the best experience. Whenever I get my nails done by the nail tech with the glasses, it’s always a sloppy, rough and rushed job and she never seems to be happy to be doing her job.

I asked the lady to fix my thumb nails as I wasn’t too happy with the length, she fixed them but wasn’t keen to do so and rushed it and the edges were left scratched and unfinished. And because I made them fix my nail I wasn’t offered any cuticle oil (this shouldn’t be something I have to ask for) and was left with an unfinished look (pictured below). This could be easily avoided if they are happy to take feedback from customers, fully train staff and put effort into all customers nails.

Asked for squarely rounded nails and got rounded. On top of that the nail bed is so thick despite it being my natural nails. Looks like I pasted walnuts on it. Further, the tips are clearly crooked as shown in the picture. Overall wasn’t satisfied with the customer service as they kept on reasoning when I pointed out these mistakes. Would not recommend this to anyone.

I've been to a lot of nail salons, but Julex Nails is by far the best! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the salon is always clean and inviting. I would recommend Julex Nails to anyone looking for a high-quality nail salon experience.

It was my first and surely not the last visit to this nail salon. All the employees here are super professional and friendly. The designs are always amazing, it is definitely well worth the wait.

I brought my daughter in for acrylics, and the workers were wonderful with her, did a fantastic job. She checks and tweaks her nails afterward to make them perfect. Best nails salon in Glen Waverley. We will definitely come back.
