Jubilee Lake Holiday Park & Cafe reviews
59We went for a day trip with our family friends, who were camping on the facility. Great place to be with the nature, watching peacocks, ducks, hearing cocaburra laughs. Kids playground was blast for our kids as well as the walk on the trail. Definitely will go for camping next time.
Called in for coffee but have stayed here many times in the past nice quiet great scenery very peaceful.
I've been here several times before, I love the birds. This time I could not get Internet and heating was very poor. I left one day early
Its a beautiful place and has a kids play area. There is also a walking track along the creek which is wonderful. An open space fire place is also available.
This place was incredible! We came last minute to see if we could get a cabin for two - amazing spot, great prices, amenities were perfect, very clean and there was beautiful wildlife such as peacocks and even a hidden waterfall around the lake! A ten minute drive to the hot springs and 5 min drive to the town centre. We will for sure be back to try out camping here. One of my favourite campsites in VIC! Thank you for letting us stay.
Had such a lovely camping trip away with family and friends.
Staff very friendly and accommodating. Toilets clean and showers were nice and hot.
Stayed on a powered site in "Scouts Lane" end. Very peaceful away from the onsite cabins.
Lots of things to do, paddle boats, walk around the lake, kick a footy on the huge oval and decent playground for the kids.
Dog friendly park.
Quiet time 11pm.
Fire pits allowed.
A great caravan park on a beautiful lake. Peacocks roaming freely around the caravans. Walking trails located around the park. Park manager here and staff are very welcoming. Clean amenities. A little drive out of town (part of the charm for me) but 100% recommend, if you’re staying in the area. Bonus: you can have a camp fire!
Used to be very nice staff there but now they are so rude staff working there. One of staff non stop called me and text me pushed me to pay extra. Because she mentioned she can't find my payment and her manager has put it somewhere, when I had already paid a portion as a deposit and she asked to pay whole payment again then after paid whole I fund out the receipt, I showed a receipt of the payment who they gave me before. When I politely asked for the extra money I paid for refund. I was threatened and yelled at, then she said go call police if you want refund, I never seen this kind of behaviour in my life, and in the end after swearing to me she threwed money to my face. I used to go there but now with this staff never ever.
What a great place for a family get away. Lovely walks around the lake and lots of activities for the younger ones.
Great place to stay and after weeks on the road at many parks the nicest friendliest and most helpful staff yet
I would not recommend this park. Staff told us the site was good, however when we drove to it, it was a soggy, muddy and looked like an old carpet laid down over gravel. The rain was very heavy but this would normally not stop us from setting up. This site was on a slope so a tent would not be comfortable on there at all. We ended up going home. No staff have contacted us to find out why. Very disappointing. After driving around the camp site it doesnt look like there are any flat areas for tents. Mainly a caravan campsite.
It's a solid 4 stars, service definitely 5 star, staff have been amazing, facilities old but clean, some facilities haven't been totally thought threw, definitely worth coming to,
We had such a wonderful time. The campsite was easy to reverse into, power & water close to site. We were lucky to have a concrete slab which was good as it was a tad rainy & muddy.
Paddle boats, playground & walk around the lake we’re enough to keep us busy.
Great camping kitchen & facilities.
The staff were extremely friendly, definitely recommend.
The best hands done
Best nature chill out ever.
Beats having to travel to Canada.
The owners are friendly & helpful. They bring a freshness to the place. Thankyou Evie
We had the pleasure of staying at the Jubilee Lake Holiday Park for an extended period. Raychelle, Joe and the staff were welcoming and very friendly. It is a lush green site, ranged along the river with roaming peacocks and ducks. The facilities are spotlessly clean and the coffee and toasties are fabulous. We are looking forward to returning.
Loved this caravan park. Staff were easy to deal with on the phone & in person. The amenities were spotless, the park is so peaceful & quiet. Also enjoyed the Peacocks. We will be planning our next trip soon.
I highly recommend Jubilee Lake for a great holiday. We had a great stay thank you to the friendly staff. Beautiful surroundings felt relaxed & free. Struggled to convince the kids we had to leave. See you again
Wow, this is one of the best camp sites I’ve ever been to! Extremely nice staff, excellent food (especially the hot jam donuts.) My mountain bike had something loose in it and I tried to stop but got a deep cut and got stitches, but they made my day and gave my friends and I free lollies, that was the first time I’d ever got stitches. Other than that it was very good, awesome prices, clean toilets and a bunch of other things. 100% RECOMMENDED
Jolly good spot. Really nice for a family day out, swimming, canoeing, paddleboating. The cafe has icecreams and stuff, not sure if it serves other food. They often have a sausage BBQ going on but we usually bring our own stuff. There is a cool playground and lots of space to explore.
Terrible with booking don’t honour advanced bookings even if deposit taken constant change of management beautiful place just ran absolutely terrible has been for year and sadly this year hasn’t changed. Shame really.
