Prompt and professional service. We booked the roof inspection service for our 4 year old home and Joel was able to come out within a few hours. He is really knowledgeable and really helpful with photos and information that will help us to have a conversation with our builder about things that need to be rectified. Joel is best in the area not only for his skills aa a roof plumber but he is very professional and goes out of his way to help and support his clients. Joel could have charged me a call out fee of 150$ but he didnt because that day he was working in the area where my property is located.
Joel gave a very through review and guidance on the issues he found in my roof and he wasntl't pushy at all to get things fixed.
