VERY good service have been ordering parts for the last few years, always on time and very good communication, parts arrive well packaged and secure.

In my opinion you should save your time and money and buy elsewhere. I found their support and customer service to be very poor, just excuses for poor logistics.

Never had a problem. Spoke to Sam (I think the owner) and customer service a few times and they have always been helpful. Some reviews have said they're scammers, but I absolutely disagree and think that's unjust. I can't say that the quality of their parts are premium since I don't buy their "OEM/Original" stock. I intentionally buy the cheaper alternatives, and they have always been fine.

I had a warranty issue/complication, and they solved it well. Would recommend JS Tech for cheap parts Thanks folks!

Company sends out broken parts, wont reply it even after contacting them, they want you to pay for postage to send the broken item to them and than never send out a replacement.the company is full of scammers.go to easyphix.com.au if you want quality parts and hassle free returns
Have reported them to ombudsman and office of fair trading for being scammers.

Products and price - OK, dispatch is abysmal, follow up is non-existent, customer service is appalling and so slow that the sun will die out waiting for them to get back to you, overall terrible. All this from a customer who was chasing me to be a customer, completely hopeless.

Dont buy anything from this store they are totally scammer, the battery are not original and not refundable, you will waste your money, trust me this is a rubbish company all the product are from china, you will spend your 35dollar buying a 3dollar cost item, pleases trust me!

DO NOT BUY! Battery lasted not even a month, tablet started to shut down from 80% charged to 0 right away. ALL CLAIMS THAT BATTERY SOLD NEW ARE FALSE. I have a invoice and battery to prove it! I hope that this review helps to shut down you false business of reusing OLD batteries and selling as new, it clearly was damaged and out of another refurbished device based on the prime marks and comparing top original!

Their customer service is dodgy. Sold copy as original refurbished and refund process is very slow. Avoid this company. They keep saying that it might be warehouse mistake.
When I contacted, they said they will check item and let me know. But, there was no response. Over the phone, they pretended to consider the customer but they don’t care the customer. I will contact Paypal/consumer affair. If required, I will claim the chargeback to bank. Also, they said I posted false review, so I added photo as evidence.

I ordered a a small inexpensive SIM tray holder - it got lost in the mail - I contacted the seller and they sent a replacement with Express post so it could be tracked better - they very kindly did this for no cost even though I was willing to pay the express post - very kind of them and I am very appreciative - top marks from me! My "spare" phone can now be used.

I ordered some parts, everything arrived except 1 item so i contacted to ask what had happened.
Next thing they had issued a refund for the part and that was it, but i still required the part.

So what? They expect me to order again and pay for a second postage for their mistake.

So i contacted them again to ask that question and apparently they are out of stock.apart from that my order arrived in good time with no issues except what i have written.

Half the time this supplier lists thing in stock that are not, then when you purchase them wont send the order and just give you store credit. You loose money on shipping and disapoint customers. But other than that they have been a good suplier too me, it just gets hard during this difficult time.

One of the worst suppliers of anything that I can think of, my experience with this shop was buying online twice. The first time - they had given me contradictory information about whether pick up from factory was possible, then when I nearly drove to the other side of the city, it turned out they didn't have the item in stock, and then it took ages for the item to arrive into the country. Second time I bought from them (as I hoped maybe the first bad experience was due to covid-19 lockdown) i bought 4 of the same item and then sent me 1! When I emailed them, they never responded, effectively not refunding me for the other 3 things nor sending them to me. That's actually a theft of the money that I spent. Zero effort to be just the basic fair towards a customer.

I could write a massive list of the issues and almost 2 month long drama I have had with this company so instead I will just say. Go somewhere else, anywhere will be better than this place.

As a professional phone repairer, our business has come to know the who's who of both domestic and international electronics parts suppliers - and JS Tech have never distinguished themselves as being worth the time and money.
Over several years of diminishing purchase quantities, we have found an extremely high number of faulty parts - which not only translates to a loss of time and professional reputation, but also finance through postage expenses.despite this, we have always treated JS as a 'last resort' when the risk had to be taken.
The last straw was their decision to sell us an item which they do not even carry in their shop! After a month of waiting, we have lost a customer and many times the value of the part we purchased.

Do not use this business unless you are prepared to purchase a faulty or sub-par quality part.

I would vote 0 starts if i could. They advertise products in stock when they are in fact not in stock. Ship partial orders with no notice and refund the goods they can not supply.
No notice to the customer prior to receiving the partial order.i will not do business with this company again.
I will be following this through with paypal

The boys at this shop are amazing, went in tonget a screen for my phone during iso. They had sold out and ended up selling me a new phone for not much more than the screen would cost.
