Bought several mowers and had whipper-snipper serviced a few times. Great staff. Give them a try.

They are the rudest people I've ever dealt with. Don't know their own products. Think are are the best, however are providing very poor product advice. In my opinion they really need to be avoided. So disappointed a small business in Bairnsdale is so poorly run.

Went in to look at zero turn mowers, they were very helpful, not pushy or arrogant, went back an hour later and purchased one

Extremely helpful and capable for purchase and repairs of motorcycles, chainsaws and machinery.

Disgusting service! Would never ever purchase from here again! Asked for a simple update on my order which got cancelled, they said

"you purchase off Ebay it gives very clear post by dates and when you would expect your item to arrive in your purchase history tab, it should all be there to see, I am happy to run you through it if you have trouble finding all that information, however so you know whats going on I have issued a full refund and cancelled your order for you as I am in Vic. I was going to go in today and post every thing off but this will be better just to cancel, this will save me travelling into work, a full refund has been issued for you) "

Been using J. R's for many years to look after multiple farm bikes, atv's, gator and lawn mowers. Very happy with the whole experience.

Bought a product online through their eBay store. Product arrived and is clearly faulty as size is way out and contains loose threads. The seller will now not reply to my messages about wanting a refund. Why wouldn't the seller openly message me back if they knew items were not faulty. Please steer clear of this kind of customer service.

Great team for motorcycle repairs and service. Used them in Feb 2019 while passing through the area. Very helpful and a fair price for services supplied

I recently had a disastrous experience with JR's over a motor mower service which cost me plenty and the mower being rendered unusable since. No admission of any liability and not even partial restitution of the repair cost offered. Even offered to sell me a new mower at full price without any offer of discount, when I went a few shops down the road to the Honda dealer who really looked after me on the price of a new mower. I will never use JR's again.

I have been doing business personal and for work with JR's for over 10 years, apart from never having a problem with there customer service; I think they have one of best if not best work shops I have ever dealt with. There staff that work on the mowers and bikes are first class.

Dropped in my kawasaki for a roadworthy and it was done quick smart, they also have been able to supply me with a couple of extra chains for the chainsaw with no drama, they even offer some extra advice on the saw. Now any time my mates from Melbourne come up for a ride and have dramas we drop in for some help. Can't recommend them enough!

Highly recommend JR's great service and great staff:) been helpful from day one they know their stuff:) always willing to help with any questions I've have the bike always comes back better then ever:) they go out of there way to help so highly recommend to new and old bikers:)
