I asked if I could have my signature witnessed on a document. That's all. Just witnessing me sign a form then they sign and stamp. They were going to charge me $60. I have never had to pay for this service before. I went to another solicitor and guess what? No charge.

Worst lawyers ever. This firm did not respond to numerous letters from the court (or notify me of these letters) and so I nearly had my claims struck out. The managing partner did not even have the decency to call me when I raised these concerns. The firm didn't tell me that they had ceased to act for me and it was only by chance that I contacted them and found this out. At this point I engaged a new lawyer and yes they sent my documents to my new lawyer after I asked them to but this was well after they received numerous letters from the tribunal which they did not notify me about or respond to and well after the due date from the tribunal for striking out the matters I didn't even know about the letters from the tribunal until after I had engaged another lawyer. Whatever you do, don't use these lawyers. The person doing most of the work on my case was not even a lawyer which may explain some of the problems I had.
