Clint is amazing! Recommended here by a friend and I was having issues with ongoing tendon pain with flare ups. I couldn’t walk.
Clint felt my foot and said that 3 ligaments were out of alignment. He manipulated them back in and I walked out of there! Not without a little bit of pain but it went from 90% down to 10%. Thanks Clint!

Recommended by work colleagues for herniated disc and sciatica, joy pinch my knee and said twisted abductor all straight now, turn over. Pinch hamstring pushed on lower back a bit, nerve pain still there joy did nothing, I limped in and limped out a week later she did nothing despite me telling her what my issue was, her response you don’t have sciatica! Worst $90 ever spent very dodgy. I am tempted to call and request a refund for the 2-3mins of treatment. Miracle worker for some maybe but not me.

I go to Clint every time after my first visit. I’ve had a lot of nerve problems with my lower back and knees. He is amazing! He explains what the problem is, what to do at home and chats during the manipulation. He’s my first preference whenever I need something fixed.

I have had a pre-existing back injury for the last 17 years. I had a spasm in the back and struggled to walk. I was in excruciating pain. I visited Joy, and she manipulated a muscle in my inner thigh, and I could stand up and walk out with no pain within 5 minutes of going into the room. Quite amazing, as previously, it would have taken weeks of chiro treatment and rest. Thank you Joy!

I had an accident over 17 years ago, which resulted in prolapse discs 2 and 3 L4 and 5. Every few years my back spasms and I end up as the hunch back of Notre dame, in excruciating pain and unable to stand or walk. Usually it takes a few weeks of physio or chiropractor treatment for it to resolve. A friend recommended Joy, so I gave it ago, as I had nothing to lose. 5 minutes with Joy and I could stand and walk out of the building. Unbelievable! If I had not experienced it myself I would have been sceptical. I don't know why other professionals are not trying her manipulation techniques. I'm so grateful to Joy and I will definitely go back for any other issues in the future and I've already recommend her to my family and friends.

Very rude behaviour.
She hardly gave me 2-3 mins for my elbow pain issue.
No explanation about injury.

I went in there treatment lasted 5/6 minutes. Said she was treating a pinched nerve and came out more damaged then when I went in. I can’t walk at all now.
Avoid at all costs.

Went to see JOY again twisted the muscles in my leg. Joy instantly removed the knots and instant relief. I'm home now have been for a while feeling a wee bit tender but nothing like before where the pain literally took my breath away. Been going too JOY since 2007 she's always spot on and fixes you within minutes but you gotta listen to her and do your stretching exercises or you'll end up back where you started.

I come to this place when I'm down and out. Every time I've been ive seen Clint. Clint literally in a few mins relieves all the pain in my back due to my sciatica nerv playing up.
It is a shame it's not covered by private health but definetly worth the money.

I find this extraordinary, some things and some people never change. I went to see J Manser about 25 years ago about a painful shoulder. She was rude even then, I was rubbing my sore shoulder with my finger tips and she said “stop doing that, I know a man that did that to his shoulder and lost the use of his arm because he damaged his nerves”. Joy dug her fingers and palms into my shoulders and pushed them around like she was needing a ball of dough. The entire episode took about 5 minutes and did nothing to relieve my pain. Needless to say I never went back.

No doubt, Joy is very good at what she does but oh she is so rude, arrogant, unprofessional and condescending. I think if you are looking for a quick fix, this is the place but for something more sustainable, perhaps not. They also have no hicaps and charge you $80 for less than 5 minutes. Beware people!

Had a treatment yesterday with Joy for an issue which I believe has been mis-diagnosed. I was experiencing a lot of pain in my shoulders/arms but after the treatment with Joy, I am feeling so much better. It is a huge relief. Thank you Joy

Awful experience! Avoid at all costs. Was seen by Joy Manser, for treatment for pain and numbness in my right hand and fingers - in all likelihood an impinged nerve. My entire consultation (no notes or record made) and treatment (physical manipulation of right arm) lasted an entire 6 minutes - I kid you not! Abruptly she said, “there, all fixed” even though I felt absolutely no difference in my level of pain and numbness. I asked her again about the treatment and she repeated, “all done, it’s fixed” and ushered me out to pay my $80 for her efforts. My pain and numbness remain - not all done, and not fixed as she claimed. Don’t be fooled by the AFL signed jumpers she surrounds her rooms with. It is not indicative of any kind of specialised treatment I received, that’s for certain. Her clinic is also not recognised by any Health Funds - I can clearly see why. I have been treated by physios, chiropractors and myotherapists over many years - I found all of them to be professional. This experience is definitely the worst from a supposed “health provider. ”

Can fix some things but not others. I went in twice, first time it was my "twisted adductors" causing pain in my back, fixed it in a few minutes, went back another time for pain in my groin and inner thigh was told "twisted adductors" again. Was manipulated, it was still hurting, I told her so. She manipulated some more, was still hurting. She then told me I was all done. I told her the pain hasn't gone. Was told "your all done" and walked me to the door. As it turns out, I just had surgery to repair torn hip labram and ligaments which was causing the issue.
I won't be back, was unhappy at her dismissive attitude. There was no diagnosis, nothing. She seems obsessed with "twisted adductors" causing "testicle strangulation". If you have a minor muscle strain she might be ok, I'll be consulting more qualified people from now on.

I came in with very painful plantar fasciitis, I was sceptical when told that it could be fixed in one session but that’s exactly what happened. Four years later and it has returned in one foot, unfortunately but I will only trust this practice. Highly recommend!

I swear by this place. Joy and the team are just brilliant at what they do. The one star reviewers here have no idea what they are on about. Keep up the good work guys and will see you when I book next.

Absolutely the best, I wouldn't go anywhere else to have injuries properly fixed. So much better than any physio or chiro I have ever been to.

Ten years ago I was in massive pain and drugged up to the eyeballs for months due to a herniated disk in my neck. A neurosurgeon in private practice saw me in early January and was so concerned said he'd operate on me in the public system in the following month. Thanks to Joy and Winston Wang I avoided surgery and am still good as good ten years later. Miracle work is an understatement.

I’ve heard some good things about Joy over the years. A few people I know have sworn by her ways. That’s great. One thing they also mentioned is that she is blunt and downright rude. That’s not so great.
I experienced this from the energy I felt in the waiting room. Cold and transactional. Not warm and welcoming. Then I observed Joy as she ‘manipulated’ and gave advice to my wife.
I was speechless. Belittling, arrogant and obnoxious. And we pay for that? I think Joy maybe you need to do some work on yourself. There’s a thing called common decency, look it up - along with why squatting isn’t bad for knees.
