We’ve been living here for four months now, no internet connection. Contacted them multiple times and they keep referring me to the nbn. Nbn tells me our property isn’t registered and it’s the builders job to do that. They’re unprofessional and won’t answer phone calls, the building supervisor is very unprofessional also

If your happy to chase them up for updates and listen to constant lies, this is the builder for you. I would honestly not build a garden shed with this builder, poor communication right through the whole build process. Changed site supervisors twice, was never even sent a txt or email. We have heard from other home owners in the area. There are currently numerous cases with the VBA regarding there dodgy plumbers. I will also be submitting my case to the VBA if I do not recieve the keys within the agreed time frame or compensated of my loss. Best advice is to pay more for a bigger more reputable builder and save yourself the hassle and time.

I was literally exhausted by the end of our project as it was really difficult to communicate with them. Most of the time my phone calls and emails went unanswered. Also had several issues with the completed project.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM OR YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET! Worst company that I have ever dealt with, these "builders" should have their building license revoked.

Came in to do some work with a friends recommendation, Adam is an absolute pleasure to deal with. This Guy is one of the best CM going around, understands the trade, and helps us with any enquiry.

We started of with a rough experience my house come to a stop. Adam came on board got the job moving along with the other supervisor,

Was rough start, Adam Construction manager and Omer Are very good and helpful
excellent job, from the both of them.

In the beginning when I signed a contract for my house to be built I was promised the world and was delivered an atlas.

Promised floorboards which was reneged and ended up with carpet. Got hit with a bill for everyone else planting garbage on my land and started receiving late payment fees at every stage. Upon contacting the office on countless occasions I was told bad luck the late payment fees are late payment fees.

Now your probably thinking why the 5 star review?

A switch of site managers and I came into contact with Adam. An absolute champion in the building trade, answered phone calls and emails within the day. Waved my late payment fee which was out of my control and has supported my family moving in to our new home. This man does not get paid enough and without him this company would be in ruins.

I will definitely build another property with this company if Adam is still employed.

Had a rough start in the beginning but finally getting traction and our build is finally moving along and our Supervisor is keeping us posted at every stage. I thought we made the wrong choice with this builder but they turned out to be what builders should be; transparent and honest with everything.

After a bad experience with Jovand homes and the site supervisor sentill who had no clue what he was doing Adam the construction manager came along cleaned up his mess fixed my house to my standards and got me into my house his very honest and professional and good at his job.

Very unprofessional building team. Worst communication with this team. Never reply. No service during and after the construction. They don't attend any problems. Change the designs as per their convenient. If you ask them to correct as per contract, your building will be delayed intentionally You have no choice, accept as it is.
Are you prepared to to go to VCAT or BDRV then select this builder.

I got these guys to build my house. Apon getting my keys the house was dirty, it smelt like curry and there was yellow stains on the wall. I was told that with the purchase of my house I'd receive a permanent gardener that they would fly over from Bangladesh and hed live at my house but I'm still waiting.my grass is getting way to high and all my fingers have bandaid on the due to pruning my own roses
