Journey Early Learning Centre - Alphington

I can honestly say Journey Alphington has made my life better. Not only do we receive the best care and attention for our child but the level of support and genuine interest the carers have for the children is unmatched.
My child has grown and developed so happily thanks to the amazing work of the staff.
At first we attended a different centre but we were disappointed and it did not feel right to place our child there. After hearing about Journey I decided to give them a go. Within the first week I could see the difference in the level of care. We haven't looked back.
I highly recommend Journey and the beautiful staff, my work life would not be possible without them.

I highly recommend Journey Early Learning Centre. Sarah and her team of Educators have provided excellent care for my daughter who has attended for 4 years. My daughter has made great friendships and been exposed to a large variety of learning experiences. The environment is fun, safe and caring and we will have fond memories reflecting on this chapter of life.

My family have been a part of the Journey Alphington family for 18 months, and we have loved every minute of it. All of the carers at the centre know my son, even those in other rooms, and they all make me feel like my child is loved, respected and cared for.
I would recommend the centre to all families starting their childcare journey.

We moved our daughter to Journey Early Learning in Alphington after a disappointing experience with another centre where there was a real lack of regular communication and our little one wasn’t settling and wasn’t happy.
This was the best move we could have made. She has settled in so quickly and is right at home thanks to the care and attention of all the staff, from management, other rooms and her daily carers. As parents we’ve been most happy with the regular updates, the excellent communication and the responsiveness of the centre staff. In the six months that we’ve been here, we’ve seen all kinds of wonderful initiatives from organic healthy meals to new activities and equipment for the kids. They are really proactive and engaged and they feel like an extension of our family. We’re delighted and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Our daughter started at Journey Early Learning Alphington in January this year. In her short time there the team have become part of her extended family. Always there to great you with a smile you couldn't feel more confident about leaving your child in the hands of such a dedicated, caring and patient group of people. I have seen our daughter's development go from strength to strength, her little face lights up when we pull up in the car now. Can't thank the team enough!

The staff are lovely (Most important and treasured!). Our kids are exposed to lots of fun activities both inside and outside the centre. Very happy.

Amazing centre staff are awesome and always in touch if they need to be. Sarah and the team always go the extra mile when needed. Kids love it here.

Both of my boys are very happy at Journey in Alphington. The educators in each of the rooms are great and its amazing how much the kids learn each day. The management team is fantastic which makes life admin a bit easier to navigate. Would highly recommend this lovely centre for all age groups.

A lovely community for both my boys who attend and have made some great friends along the way. Educators are fantastic and great with the kids and the centre initiatives are topical and relevant - kids get a broad range of education and experiences here. Highly recommend for any new families in the area.

We are so happy to have found this centre when we moved back to Melbourne. Our daughter felt instantly at home! The staff are so loving, the small groups make for a wonderful family environment and don’t overwhelm the children. Our daughter has only been there about 6 weeks but she is so comfortable. It’s so much easier leaving her in care knowing all her needs are being met so beautifully.

We are constantly kept updated about about our daughters day and nothing is ever a problem for the team.
I honestly feel they go above and beyond with solid advice and guidance, healthy food and plenty of fun, learning activities and outings. Our daughter was so timid going into childcare and the team not only helped her but also myself. She is now having happy days and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without their help and compassion.
A spectacular team who not only look after the children but us parents aswell!

Our daughter has been going to journey early learning Centre for a year now. You can tell that the staff is loving their jobs and the kids they look after. They are requesting regular feedback and implementing a lot of great ideas for process, communication and service improvements which makes it a great experience for our daughter and for us as parents. Highly recommend this place for all parents that are thinking of sending their child to ejl. Your kid will feel like they found a second home with a lot of best friends to play with, just like our daughter.

We love Journey Early Learning. Our daughter is happy and secure here, which is such a wonderful thing for parents to feel. She loves all her educators, who show a strong interest in her. You can tell the educators know her well because when an observation is posted, it aligns really strongly with what observe at home. They are also being proactive in helping her learn some of the things that are priorities for us e.g. Patience and sharing. We really love the meals they provide and the focus on nutrition. We couldn't be happier.

Our son has been going to Journey Early Learning Centre in Alphington for over 2 years now and loves it! The centre is a half hour drive from us, but we continue to take our boy to Journey as the facilities and staff are amazing - Tash and the staff actively update us on how the boy is going, work with us on specific goals and focus areas we may have, and provide a safe and enjoyable environment. Highly recommended.
