Settlement was done on 16th Dec. Tried calling so many times to discuss about final inspection of the property and even sent emails to follow up. Kwan never responded nor replied to emails. Now I was in need of my rates certificate from council but council says to follow it up with my conveyancer. No response from Kwan. Tried calling so many times and left vms. Can someone call me as it's matter of urgency as I need it for solar.
I don't recommend Joshi Lawyers service as they are expensive, poor communication, don't get stuck with them.

I have been using Joshi lawyers for almost 10 years now and cant praise them enough. Dinesh is a gem of a person to deal with and the entire team is highly prosessional. Would also like to mention Kwan who assited me with my queries and was very knowledgable. I could see a lot of negative comments about calls not being answered. Like any business there can be busy times and not everyone can be attended. I have always been able to leave a voicemail or text when my call was not answered and a call back was received in a timely manner. Would highly recommend Joshi lawyers to my family and friends
