Very impressed with Dr Melissa Gomez. She went the extra mile for my granddaughter to get a specialist appointment and I have found her very thorough and informative.

Dr Debicki is very knowledgeable, caring and thorough. Highly recommend if your looking for a Dr for your family, who actually cares and doesn't treat you like a number. All the staff are lovely, professional and their experience shows through their work.

I like Joseph Bank's medical centre It is convenient for me and they are professional and the Doctors are very good

First time at this clinic and I was so impressed by Dr Melissa Gomez. She was friendly, thorough and made such an effort to make my 2 year old feel at ease. Highly recommend!

Myself and my mum have been coming here for over 35 years. (Me 33 years and my mum many years before I was born). We have always seen Dr Downe who has been nothing but amazing and completely professional this entire time. We still return despite not living in the area anymore. We have seen the practice change over the years, however will always return for Dr Downe.
The only downside is the wait time can be incredibly long, however instead of sitting and waiting, they now do Telehealth consults which is great if your only just needing a script.

This was my first visit to this clinic. I had an appointment with Dr Imalka Wettasinghe.
The experience I had was extremely satisfying and I will continue going to the Joseph Banks Medical Centre and will recommend Dr Imalka to my friends.

Dr Imalka is truly an amazing and caring doctor. I've been seeing her now for 2 years and I'm extremely happy with the support she gives me. She is also great with my toddler, he let's her examine him as she has a brilliant nurturing side to her that my son responds to well. Other doctor's he knows struggle to get him to co-operate because they scare him. Dr Imalka is definitely a one of a kind. I would like to also add that my doctor before Dr Imalka at the clinic was Dr Ivan Ng and he was a true gem himself. I saw him for almost 5 years and he was always great with my son. I love them both and they are my regular gp's. Will never see anyone else. Staff are always friendly and kind and extremely helpful in person and over the phone.

It's always hard coming to a new clinic and starting with a doctor you've never seen before especially being 70yr. I would like to thank reception and doctor Imalka for making it comfortable plus was very impressed with everyone. Thank you Dr Imalka im at ease knowing im in good hands

Have been attending this medical practice for over 40 years and am happy with the service provided and the courtesy of the medical and reception staff.

Great reception staff. Everyone is so friendly and caring. As a family we see Melissa Monkivitch and have for a very long time. Wouldn't go anywhere else, she is amazing.

Dr Melissa monkovitch put false misleading information in a referral that she did not want me to read it stated that i was abusing drug's.and alcohol.
When I tried to talk to her about this she said that I should take a break from this clinic. I was medically abandoned by her.
Shame on you Melissa how could you prescribe medical cannibis if indeed I was abusing drug's.
Avoid this clinic they will try to cover up problems their medicos make

Booked a telehealth consult, the doctor called late I was unable to answer as I was at work and once I did call back to have the doctor phone me at a more appropriate time they advised she was on lunch and did not have another appointment.

Tried booking an appointment for my 14month old son, staff on the phone was shockingly rude and degrading.
Receptionists acting like they are the doctors.
Smarten up stooges.

My son had no symptoms, stop twisting the narrative to make yourselves look good.
There is no excuse for treating people the way we were treated.
Abuse was only given by your staff.
It is you who need to reflect.

Little bit of a wait. The nurse was very helpful and seemed to like her job. The doctor was also very good.

Extremely rude on the phone, kept on hold for 5 mins then as i try to ask a simple question she raised her voice and talked over me very rudely. Been told by roommates to avoid here also

Roger Johnson has been my family Doctor for 25 years. He is simply brilliant and i trust no one but him. He is a true icon for his profession.
