Jolong Window and Door Systems

Highly recommend Jolong Windows to everyone, we have 2 townhouse projects, all our windows and doors came from Jolong, Our builders were extremely impressed with the service and quality that we received from Jolong and everything completed in time as they promised and i wish i could engaged this business to everyone. Fantastic job!

Windows took longer to arrive than expected.
Actual window and door products seem pretty good.
Guy from company came to instal the doors and windows. I had warned them about new render on the house. Ended up with a ruined newly done render and the caulking was the worst I have ever seen. The caulking was thick, uneven and extended onto the actual house. It was so bad I asked the guy to stop!
Ended up with more problems! They need to change their staff to match the product - absolute disaster!

Replaced our Upvc windows with Jolong. Very impressed with the quality and energy ratings. It'll be better if lead time can be shorter.

Be warn and plenty of stressed when dealing with this window company. Talk great before signing contract, but never deliver what it promises, always asking for payment when job not yet completed. Windows which I have received the quality isn't what is near to what in their showroom.

Very happy with the double glazed products especially their sliding doors, which are amazingly smooth running! Good after sales service and the team was very helpful supplying and fixing two extra windows within 2 weeks only!

Do not deal with this company windows are as dodgy as they come lets get something straight I left working for your dodgy company because you couldn't pay invoices this is not slander when it's true your windows where of very poor quality

It is not often I take the time to review a product but when you come across such a great product and value for money felt i should spread the word. A1 service and products. We have been in the building industry for a long time and used Jolong windows for our last project and I am very impressed with the quality and aesthetics. The customer service and attention to detail are excellent. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.
