Jolong Park

My daughter has been taking riding lessons at Jolong for several years now. Since having Celeste as her trainer we've seen significant improvements in her technique and she's now more enthusiastic than ever to ride! Celeste's balance of stern but positive interaction with our daughter have brought out her best, so much so she now works as a volunteer at Jolong just to be around the horses! Great environment for young girls to learn!

The kids love going to Jolong Park. Celeste is a great instructor who brings out the best in them.

My daughters have been riding at Jolong park for the last five years. There were a few bumps along the way (thanks Covid) but I’ve noticed a distinct change with the recent change of management. Lots of open communication, very quick to act on feedback and a general passion for all things horses. I’m very grateful to Raechel, Kath and Celeste for nurturing my young daughters and instilling in them a dedication to the art of riding. I would recommend Jolong Park to any parent looking for somewhere that will allow your child to thrive.

Great experience from day one. With well-schooled horses, the staff is very kind, helpful and welcoming to newbies. The coaches are amazing. The facilities are outstanding and tack equipment is all new/well maintained. I super recommend

I have been going there for a Couple of years now and I could not be more happier. They treat you with kindness and they’re lessons are always VERY fun and exciting, so I highly recommend you should go to Jolong park

Sadly this centre just doesn’t cut it. Despite riding here for years they repeat the mistakes. Staff turnover is huge resulting in inconsistent staff teaching the riders. Poor hand over notes between teachers. Slow progress for riders.

Horrible experience if I could
Give 0 stars I would. First lesson I was lead around outside the property like a child. I was not taught anything it was not a lesson what I had paid for. However I booked back in a second time to give them another try, this time the horse was trying to buck me off. I felt unsafe and got off the horse. The staff are all young girls and in comparison to the standard set by other horse schools I honestly would not waste your time, I wish I didn’t. Just glad I didn’t get hurt.
They also didn’t take any responsibility… couldn’t careless about their horses or riders. Safety is not a priority for them. Disgusting. Do not reccomend.

I have been at Jolong for almost a year and I cannot think of a better place to be continuing my equestrian journey! The staff are very well managed and the horses are the absolute sweetest. The facilities are very well kept and the horses look as happy as ever! I can't wait to continue my riding journey here in the years to come. Highly recommend!

For a business, this place is so unprofessional. Appalling excuse for "Customer service", reception staff are rude. Wouldn't recommend

The current managers have done a wonderful job improving the facilities and are professional and competent. As a stallion owner it is hard to find quality agistment that also understands my horse's needs. My horse has been so happy at Jolong with his beautiful, large paddock and shelter. The care, communication and quality of facilities and service are a very high standard. Highly recommended.

Management has really improved in the past couple months! One of the best riding schools and horse agistments out there!

Im just wondering can I do lessons here, for example once a week and that as i really wsnt to learn to ride!

I have been at Jolong Park now for almost 5 weeks and I love it! The place is amazingly organised and the horses are absolutely incredible and good-natured. The horse that I ride, Leica, is such a sweet boy and super calm. The instructors are super supportive, kind and are great teachers. I could not as for a better place to ride so close to my house.

It's my 3nd term at Jolong park riding school and I love it so much! The facilities are amazing with two outdoor arenas and one indoor arena. The staff are so friendly and make riding enjoyable. The school horses have amazing training and are safe for any level of rider! The standard and professionalism is something any riding school should aim for!

The standard and professionalism is something any riding school should aim for!

I booked Libby my daughter in for a Trial lesson at Jolong and wow they were so Professional and understanding that was 12 months ago this month.
We love this place the Level of Learning is amazing, the time they take to write down the daily Lessons and choosing the Horse to the rider which isn't an easy task to do. What you can learn in 30-45 mins is huge.
Our Trial Lesson was with Janelle Martin, we have since had lessons with Paula De lacovo and Maddy Buttolph and are still at Jolong thanks to these fantastic Coaches.

The school holiday program is so boring. 6 hours and only 3 minutes riding on the horse totally. Won’t come again!

This place is unorganised. Bookings gets mixed up and staff are always running late. Trail rides are shorter than booked amount of time. Lessons run short and late. Management is the main problem

Went here for my first ever lesson in horse riding and was overwhelmed by how incredible the service was. Staff were super friendly and the instructor delivered the lesson really well. All members showed genuine affection toward the horses, and the horses responded greatly in return. I cannot wait to come back here for future lessons!
