Jolly Kebabs Essendon

Jolly kebabs have one of the best HSP's around and there kebabs are delicious, I have been a customer for years now and highly recommend there food.
The staff are friendly, prices are average but the food is great.

Yummy kebabs, very tasty and there HSP’s are the best, they are open till late and the staff are very friendly.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing food from Jolly Kebabs in Essendon, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of fantastic.

The food at Jolly Kebabs is simply outstanding. I ordered a large lamb box and a large lamb HSP, and I was blown away by the flavours and quality. The lamb was tender and succulent, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection.

Each element of the meal, from the fresh salad to the delectable sauces, came together harmoniously to create a burst of flavours that left me wanting to come back for more.

The service at Jolly Kebabs was remarkable. The staff were friendly and attentive. They were more than happy to answer any questions I had and offered suggestions when I couldn't make up my mind. The wait time for my order was minimal, ensuring that I didn't have to wait long to indulge in the mouthwatering delicacies.

Overall, my experience at Jolly Kebabs was really good. The food was exceptional, and the service was good. It's safe to say that Jolly Kebabs has quickly become one of my favourite spots to satisfy my kebab cravings. I highly recommend giving them a try if you're in the Essendon area – you won't be disappointed!

Lettuce was soggy and old.ruined the taste of kebab. Meat used to be better but not anymore, chips are extremely expensive. For the owner! You can never improve if you can't take an honest feedback. I am not wrong, it's the experience that I had was horrible. Dropping the two stars to 1.

I would give it 2 and a half stars but there is no half option - anyway some constructive feedback I hope. Chips were brilliant, great quality, a nice crunch. Wrap was disappointing - reason for this is that it’s wrapped entirely in foil. So all that heat is trapped inside causing the lettuce and tomato to be warm and soggy and the whole thing to be overheated. There’s no need for this - why can’t you just use regular wrapping like other kebab places? Let the product breathe, it doesn’t need to be red hot

One of the worst kebabs I've ever eaten. Completely tasteless. Asked for no onion with cheese - gave me no cheese with onion. The kebab ended up being a soggy, oily mess. The chips were crunchy but had no potato in them. Staff are not friendly at all. Will not be going back here to eat.

Hi Everyone, I'm really disappointed with their service, this is worse service from any food outlet in Melbourne. I ordered kebab, and after waiting 30mins in rain when I ask about my order, the guy serving their get upset. That doesn't make sense that you people keep serve delivering people. After waiting 30mins he gave me money back n refuse to give me food. So shameful of them.

One of the best kebab places I have been to in Melbourne. My favourite is their chicken salad with a drink preferably 'uludag'. Do try it and share your feedback here.

I am big fan of Jolly Kebab, but I believe that will fade away if I consistently get served low grade food. There was a boy who served me and prepared my food which was tasteless.

Wish they'd turn down the AC, was a bit cold tonight. Kebabs are big and juicy and EVERY. SINGLE. CHIP is absolutely cooked to perfection, idk how they get it so crispy

Not only is it the best hsp’s in Essendon but they have the best staff, the young worker is very social with the customers with makes it a even more experience.

Service was ok, bought mix kebab which was given quick. However, it’s not worth it. Meat was overcooked/kinda looked fried, not tasty at all. Didn’t add the sauces that I asked for. Only good thing was how it was packed in the foil

One of the best Kebabs in Melbourne. I am a vegetarian and nowhere else have I tasted the Falafel as this one. It was so good, crunchy and tasty. I also ordered chips which was so yummy and crispy. The guy added his own seasoning on top of the chips, that I couldn't resist to stop eating. Falafel wrap+Chips+Drinks for $15. Definitely worth it!

Staff were very friendly and food was very good. They gave us a free chocolate dessert on my first visit. On my second visit, the guy behind the counter noticed I was just eating chips so he came over and gave me a sample of the garlic saucs to try. Would highly recommend

Wrote on the inside on the container with permanent marker, had to ask for a new one (to prevent poisoning). Also saw the team member drop a bag on the floor then pack with product. Not good enough

Absolutely love this place. Good service good food.

Only negative I have to say is once I saw a senior staff member (I'm guessing owner) berating a staff member when they overcooked some chips, it was really not necessary, people make mistakes no need to go and attack their emotions.

Also the sneaky treat you give with the meals are awesome

The guy work there is non professional and rude. One time I got two deliveries to pick it up from there and he told me to cancel one delivery when I said I won't cancel it he gave me thumbs down after I picked delivery

First and foremost, friendly approach from staff made it worth the wait. Secondly, the food tasted great. Thirdly, I would certainly visit here again after my gym sessions and refer friends to visit as well.

If you want to have the real taste of kebabs #jolly_kebabs is the one and only place. The mouthwatering chips seasoning is what I loved the most. Highly recommended
