Always great service, Jolin cuts my hair really well and just how I like it, colour is always great. Very professional.

Made an appointment for a Sat morning in March. My haircut was done by a hairdresser she had hired for the day - was her 1st day there - as she was busy cleaning and with other clients, haircut was good, lady friendly (altough smoke hands). However I got charged $20more than my last haircut in Dec (bc it was weekend, increase new year and pay with card). I made the app with her to be attended by her but that didn't happen. Won't try again.

Jolin is a great hairdresser, lovely personality and exceptional service. Can highly recommend.

I had the worst haircut here back in December and have to wait six months before it can be rectified. Don't trust her for a haircut

Josie at Jolin's Hair Design was FABULOUS/FANTASTIC! DEFINITELY will ALWAYS go here for my full set of foils every 6 weeks! I am VERY particular in what I want and need, when it comes to my long blonde hair, as I do take a lot of pride in my appearance, and Josie listened to my requests/demands and delivered perfectly! 110%! Couldn't say a negative word at all! BEST hair colour, cut and blow wave EVER! ‍️‍️ EVERYTHING I wanted! ‍️ Family and Friend's have been commenting on my hair and how good it looks! EVEN my husband did! (and he never notice's anything normally!)

Really lovely person and good cut but don't go here for blonde foils. Said this would probably wash out. Did offer that if not I could come back and she would fix it with some more foils at no extra cost but I'm choosing to go elsewhere to have it fixed.

I've been to Jolin about 6 times and each time she has done a fabulous job. She even opened early one day for me as I had a funeral to go to. She is a very nice lady and great hairdresser.

Beware! I should have trusted my gut instinct to when I first walked into the salon. You were rushing through appointments and cutting people's hair without precision.but I stayed. I paid $10 for a 'wash' - 2 Minutes of water on my head and one product.then came the haircut. I have very thick hair and you chopped it all in 5 minutes. No separating of hair or checking it was even at the end. I went home and realised that it was way longer on the right side than the left. So I came back and asked for a refund because there was no way I was going to trust you to fix it! You were fixing another clients hair at the time and said no worries il give you a refund take a seat. Once the client left you refused to give me a refund. You completely messed up my hair and charged me $45 to do it. I'm curious if you are actually qualified? No doubt I will find out as I am taking this further. I hope the $45 was worth it. Anyway I got my hair fixed for half the price down the road!

Really happy with Joelin's service. She was very welcoming and friendly, it's a relaxing environment but it was quiet when I had my appointment late morning. Jolin understood what I wanted and talked me through it including colour options. Very happy with the cut and highlights and will be going back.
