This is a update on my first review that I done and why i done That review as I am one of the Beneficiary of mum will Did not honour my mum's Will and last wishes done my mum very wrong
They refused to fix’s and pay for all there stuff ups and major mistakes very poor job done unsatisfactory and very unprofessional like don't recommend them
As well they advertised on national TV and local radio station they say

This is false Advertising and misleading because they did do any of this in mum will and last wishes when it come to my side of being a Beneficiary of the will here is why
1 the SWAN HILL rural council rates were not taken out of the estate and Left in owning money update on this part this part has now has been fixed the owing Payment been Paid now thank you Joliman lawyers this now can be put to bed now thank you
2 the water rates were not transferred into my name Kept billing my mum for 22 months went to Another Lawyer to get fix Sending a letter of the Demand to fix and still no fix I End up going to the water and electricity, Ombudsman they got it fix in matter of days
3 this end up Destroying mum’s perfect record Not having a blemish on her name
4 it also stated and Stipulated in Mum will I get all Registered vehicles there was one 4wd ford Escape car nearly 2 years on from mum passing this car has not be done and put into my name and ownership papers and Registration transferred into my name instead it’s cancelled car in Limbo
This car Meant the world to my mum because it was my Youngest brother and mum’s youngest son car before he past away it was past down to mum now it Supposed to be passed down to ME This car has a lot of aboriginal Legacy and history with The aboriginal community and swan hill as well all my Brother work, and also my brother is aboriginal This was Mum‘s biggest wish not to have this car off the road Not sitting there rusting away Joliman Lawyer has destroyed this family legacy with this car and mum last wishes and other thing as well by not delivering it as a registered vehicle, full ownership to me Very shameful and disrespectful Not honouring my mum Shame on you
And the one that read what Joliman Lawyer reply was from Trevor he said if I had any Problems to contact him by email or phone him. I sent him a very in-depth email to try and Resolve all issues. No reply nothing back at all I believe what he stated was just to make them look good nothing else Had no intention to resolve the issue

Very efficient. Found technical details of company that had been overlooked by others. Happy with outcome no stress.
