Johnstone and Reimer Lawyers

Extremely insensitive and unprofessional staff esp. Simone who doesn't do appointment planning at all - not sure if its support staff fault or the lawyers at the back end who don't see you when needed

I recently went through a Victims of Crime Assistance application with Johnstone & Reimer and had a pleasant experience the whole way through. The staff that I dealt with were very friendly and were more than willing to assist me with any of the questions and requests that I had. This made the whole process really effortless for myself and the final result was also greater than I could have imagined. I could not speak more highly of them.

Over the past 18 months I have been dealing with Paul Johnstone from Johnstone & Reimer for a Victims of Crime case for my son. This was a very emotional time for all involved especially dealing with the public system. It was great to have the support we received from this firm. He would respond within an hour or so to my emails and queries in a very caring way. I would recommend their services without hesitation and if needed would certainly use their services again.
