Went for 2 interviews + I had the initial background call that agencies conduct. I jumped through all the hoops and wasn’t even provided the courtesy or a call or even an email to let me know I was unsuccessful. Thankfully, I received 2 job offers directly from the companies, no agencies involved. Think I’ll avoid jobs that are using agencies moving forward, they drag the process out, complicate everything and muddy the waters. My interviews that were direct with the companies were streamlined and proved more successful in my experience.

Manelle Connelly helped me through such a rough patch, feeling a bit lost and uninspired with where I was at in my current role and career. I reached out to her to seek some guidance and support, and was absolutely blown away by her wisdom, passion and awareness around career building, different roles and pathways, and really, how to align yourself with your passions and next steps.

Have to say despite the good reviews had a very poor experience. Poor due diligence across a number of placements and was even told to significantly up the per hourly pay rate for the 'standard of person I was getting' - a clear conflict of interest given their fee is a proportion of the annual salary. This placement then was unable to complete any of their core competencies. The response to my feedback was to blame me as an employer- when I have had long standing happy staff in the past- and to say I was a slow payer when it was the job of their recruit to organise the paying of bills! I know it is a difficult time to recruit but was a very expensive misadventure with them. Can't recommend them.
