It has been a smooth process from booking in a quote to getting the security door installed.

John arrived on time as schedule (which is rare with trades these days) and was professional with the install (made sure the security door had sufficient clearance top and bottom, kept on checking to ensure security door can close as i choose the triple lock, kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up after).

Just had 14 shutters installed by John Shutters and team. Unlike other companies we contacted for a quote, John actually came out to measure our windows and gave us great advice on shutter options (motorised, remote controlled, etc). The quote was straight up, no ridiculous discounts or sales tactics.
From paying the deposit to installing all shutters it took only just over one week! The installation team was fantastic. Friendly, quick and efficient! They installed the first half of shutters on day 1 and came with two electricians on day 2 for the final installation and electrical work. We are so happy with our choice of company! I had 3 roller shutters made installed by JWR shutters. The price was phenomenal!
And the turnaround time was very quick, between when I got the quote and installation.
The staff who installed the shutters had it done in about an hour, and the electrician showed up about half an hour later a completed the electrical work.
I could not recommend JWR enough.

6 stars if I could for roller shutters. From the 1st phone call it was perfect. Mid December 2020 John came out the next day after the phone call to quote on 4x tall & skinny windows and 1x large one for our lounge room.

At this point I had a couple of companies saying they couldn’t come and quote for a number of weeks but when John turned up the next day I straight away canceled the others.

John took about 20 minutes to measure and quote and came back with an offer I couldn’t refuse. He said they would be able to install mid to late January, I was stoked.

When it came time to install Christian came around in the morning and started straight away with no fuss. About an hour later 2 electricians came around and followed Christians work.

Top quality work, top quality installation.

I couldn’t recommend enough. Easy from the get go, no fussing, quick, polite & didn’t have to haggle the price down at all.

AMAZING from start to finish. Great customer service from the team. Came out for a measure and quote very quickly. Was honest and transparent throughout the process. Took my wife through their show room and even offered to carry the baby carrier. Always curtious and respectful. Gave free same of the product to do colour and material review. Had shutters ready to go in a few weeks and was ready to install. Came onsite exactly as planned and had them mounted in a few short hours. The pre organised electricans were just behind them and they were just as great. Got an SMS before they arrived letting me know they were coming. Guys did a great job of the install and cleaned up after themselves. Even took their shoes off before coming inside without me saying a word. This is the sort of "tradie" experince you dream of.
