Worst Service. We ordered our stuff in June 2023 and today we received the partial stuff. Upon following up we were on hold for ages and on the top of it everytime they said container is delayed.

I purchased a lounge reasonably expensive, service was good intially at purchase and delivery point. The lounge took 6 months to arrive.once it was assembled there were 6 or 7 pulls in the chaise fabric which took 7 weeks to send a new cover. Then the next cushion they won't help and told me to buy a product from Myer that helps with pilling. 1 year warranty, just two months in my home and big issues. Mind you the one in the store has been over 2 years no pulled threads, clearly defective product. VCAT here I come

Dani is the best Manager to deal with. She went extra mile and answers all my queries and made best deal for us even after numerous changes.

We purchased a couch from Johnny's Derrimut today. We were served in an excellent manner by Samuel! He was polite, knowledgeable and gave us the very best deal he could. Definitely left with a great impression of the store. Looking forward to shopping at Johnny's again soon ️

Have been shopping around for a couch for quiet some time, and was incredibly impressed by the styles and quality of Jonny’s Furniture. On top of that, Samuel and Dani have been absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Will be back soon for my next purchase!

We bought a couch from here last here, quality of the couch is amazing and price was even better. Danielle organised the sale and was super friendly. Delivery through big box movers were also really great, they stuck to their scheduled time and were very friendly and helpful!

Was lookin for bed and sofa set visited fantastic furniture first but was disappointed to hear delivery time frame 10-12weeks plus their staff was kinda rude. Rang Johnny's Derrimut had chat with Emma there she was very polite and was willing to help us out. Emma requested us to visit their store and was blown away with their elegant bed and sofa designs. Plus Emma assured us delivery within 2days. The whole experience at Johnny's furniture was very pleasant. Emma helped us out in no time to find the right bed and sofa set for us. Very impressed with the staff service and also the elegant quality of their furniture. Very happy customer. Strongly recommend to visit the store. 10/10 service n 5stars. Will shop there again soon.

Recently bought a Barkley lounge from JF Derrimut. There was an initial issue with delivery companies however Jake stepped up to the mark and sorted the problem for us which we greatly appreciated. We would be happy to deal with them again. (BTW for future Barkley lounge buyers, we had to drill and affix the legs to the sofa ourselves which we did not expect to have to do at this price point - not JFD fault but needed to mention this so you know before u buy).

Product was amazing, great communication with Jake and the team. What made the experience even more amazing was the service of the guys at Big Box Movers, David and Pat were very professional on time and best of all provided excellent customer service.highly recommend! Thanks team

The shop has good stuff but don't go to south morang as the manager there is not at all respectful

In store was terrific - thank you to Jake for being so helpful and patient with my indecisiveness. Unfortunately, the quality of the couch we purchased is questionable and the after sales help from the head office is disappointing to say the least. Have sent several emails with either little to no response.

Had a faulty TV unit and Corey (from Head Office) has not responded to emails and we cannot get a hold of him. The unit is literally coming apart (and is only there for show) after only having for a year. You're better off going to a retailer who can assist with faulty items. In these instances paying more is worth it if it means you can fix issues!

Would definitely not recommend this store. Chatted over a L shape sofa and was told floor stock was for sale and it was an x display.

We travelled with the kids over 40 mins to get it only to be told that the sofa was damaged and ripped from a particular section.

In this Covid situation where each travel is measured carefully, this was an unfair travel.

They need to be more transparent and honest when someone is enquiring for a particular. Hiding and withholding information is dishonest.

Advertising floor stock does not come with a hidden description. Many stores sell Floor stock but at least they are honest with faults and damage.

We had great experience here with the team. And bought home a Dinning table with value price. Can not be happier

I brought a couch from Johnny once it was 6 months old the couch began to sink and fabric was wearing. After contacting Johnnys as it was still in warranty I was told this is normal wear and tear and not to sit on that side of the couch. After paying $1700 I’m now left with a faulty couch and out of pocket. I would not advise Everyone to buy from this company as it is cheap for a reason.

Extremely upset! Make sure you do your research before you buy! I was told the 2 pieces of furniture I bought was solid hardwood timber. We were recently moving our furniture around and slightly damaged the the bottom of our dining table which was then we realised that it wasn’t solid hardwood timber and was nothing more than MDF. The sales team lied about the quality to get the sale! The invoice had some clause that we had to sign stating that we are happy with the condition it was when collected however how were we to know that the sales team lied about the quality until it was accidentally damaged months later? !? !
