Visited the store on Australia Day. Awesome staff, super friendly, great pizza awesome all around!

Ordered delivery at 9.15pm.come to 10.40 i call to ask where it is and they tell me it's coming they didn't even bother to ask where I'm located or what the order was- they clearly didn't even check where the order was. Now it's 11.05pm no one has had dinner- no pizza came- I can't even call because they are now closed. Absolutely horrible service!

I bought pizza from these guys and there was one hair on my first slice. When I called them and he said bring it back the pizza and he can make it another one. I went there after 10 minutes drive and didn’t want to bother to drive again. He didn’t offer anything else

Not the same anymore. Not much ingredients. Order volcano pizza got a normal chicken pizza. Ordered a chicken supreme. Got a normal chicken pizza

THIS PLACE IS SO BAD.
FIRSTLY, we ordered the pizza at 5: 15pm when it was opened. I also had a friend over for dinner and it was a terrible night for both of us. We called again half and hour later and they said that the driver hasn't showed up and that they will remake the food again. We waited and then after that, we called again at around 7: 40, he didn't answer but a few seconds later he picked up. He said that he will remake the food and deliver to us as he was the owner.

MY FAMILY HAD TO GO THERE AND GET A REFUND. And when we saw the pizza oven, he never actually made the pizza. THAT WAS JUST DISAPPOINTING.
The owner started explaining but we had no time just give me the money. We went up to "GIO'S PIZZA" instead and got the pizza within 20 minutes.

Rude as hell staff! Hope the manager gets fingered by an elephant! Terrible service. Over 2 hrs for delivery! Do not recommend at all! Stay away from this place

Ordered at 7pm for an estimated delivery at 8pm. Contacted the store at 8: 30pm and was told food was the next out for delivery. Contacted again at 9: 00pm and was told it was next in cue. Contacted again at 9: 30 and was told it was out for delivery. At this stage I hopped in my car and drove to the store, so enough time for the driver to get to my house had the pizzas actually been sent out. I went in and asked for a refund which they thankfully obliged, although I haven’t got the refund yet. I asked what happened tonight and was told that the driver completes multiple deliveries at a time. Although our docket was still on the roll so I am doubtful that they had even made our pizza at that stage. The driver had they actually had our pizza at that stage should have already gotten it to my house. Don’t come to this store, definitely recommend Bubba at Eden rise or Dominos across the road.

Estimated time for delivery was 1hr. Called after an hr and they said our order is next to go. Pizzas arrived almost 3 hrs later….
Understand it gets busy but 3 hrs is too long.

They gave me the wrong pizza and when contacted they said Sorry Mate

Don't order food from here guys.

Order took over an hour to arrive and they gave me the wrong pizza. Rang them and it took 50 mins for a replacement to arrive which now had the right ingredients but the wrong base. Wasn't going to wait another hour for a pizza that may or may not be correct.

I use to love this pizza place great pizza always fresh, But ever since they've been under new management the pizza is terrible customer service is terrible and delivery times are way to long I would recommend mama boys pizza

We ordered a basic meal for delivery that took 2 hours and 40 minutes to travel one suburb away. We will never use Jonny Boys again and we will tell everyone we know to use a better option. Nasty stuff

We will never ever order from johnny boys clyde ever again!
Two weeks ago ordered pizza at 530pm only for it to arrive at 11.30pm! We kept getting told it will be there soon, not long now.

Tonight we thought we give them another go only to order at 630pm with them again saying wont be long. I rang at 740pm enquiring how much longer as im worried the same thing will happen like last time to which i explained. "No they said I just placed your order in the oven wont be long". I said ok are you sure because at this point I'm happy to pick up. To which they said no it's ok it wont be long. Well its 10pm i have rung numerous times with no answer.
Furious is an understatement! Don't waste your time or money with these new owners!

Waited til 9: 20.still the pizza didn't arrive.
Way past estimated delivery time.

pizza was unexpectey delivered around 10: 10pm

So instead of giving 1 star. I thought of putting 4 stars.because they atleast tried to fix the issue. And I appreciate that.

Very disappointing service received tonight. Took an hour and a half to receive our order that was placed before 6pm. I rang the store twice; the first time I was told it was ready and was about to leave. 20 minutes later still hadnt arrived to our house 2km away from the store. Called back to be told that the delivery driver had left but had taken 3 or 4 other orders. Pizza arrived warm at best and soggy. Not happy at all, you have lost a customer.

Extremely late with order.order placed before opening delivery time around 6pm rang at 6.13pm to be told it was in oven delivery came 6.45pm.very hot prawns very nice sauce no flavour over rice salad hot as it sat on top of order

Once bitten, twice shy, three times shame on us!

First time we ordered through this shop, we waited 1hr45mins for our delivery, when we enquired where our order was; the owner simply said "One of our delivery drivers didn't show up and we are short staffed".
The pizza was actually quite nice so we thought we should give them the benefit of the doubt.
Few weeks later we thought we would try again, we waited just under 2hrs for our delivery, when we enquired where our order was; surprisingly the owner again said the same thing "One of our delivery drivers didn't show up and we are short staffed".
The pizza was quite average this time.
We said never again but silly us, we had a moment of weakness as our local pizza shop was closed for renovations, so we thought surely within 2 months they would have got their act together.but like I said, third time was shame on us.
We ordered and waited just over 2hrs for one family pizza when we enquired where our order was; SURPRISE SURPRISE the owner simply said "One of our delivery drivers didn't show up and we are short staffed".
And the pizza was cold and disgusting!

All I can say to anyone reading this review: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY - The food is terrible, service is terrible and the delivery time; well there are no words!

Like the other review, over 2 hours to get the pizza (when it was given a 60min delivery time). We live ~4km away! I also tried to phone the store multiple times and the phone number was disconnected. No one bothered to call us. I actually thought the business had closed down and rang another Johnny Boys store to confirm whether they were still in operation.

Overall, a disgraceful transaction to say the least and we won't be ordering from here ever again.

This place is a joke. There is no covid in Victoria and haven't been for a long time but they block the door and not let you in treating their customers like diseased leppers. You have to order from the door lol. I asked why and she said to keep safe. I said but there is no covid in Vic and hasn't been for a long time. Said i don't feel safe lol. I said but you drive a car where you have extreme risk of death compared to covid lol. I will definitely not be back. I will go where people treat you like people not diseased rats

Very delicious pizza and pasta. Have been eating here for years and the level of customers service has always been great and consistent. Keep it up guys! Great job!
