Being a disabled man I was overwhelmed by the service and care that was given to me by the sales lady Dannielle. She went beyond her duties to search for the garments that I needed which were perfect and fitted very well and the customer service second to none. I cannot thank her enough for the amazing service she gave me and my carer Megan. Keep up the incredible work you do and we will be back to buy more clothes very soon. Thank You so much again. 1000 STARS.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service.

Purchased a belt from here a month ago and in 3 uses the belt broke. Go back to the watergardens store and show the transaction from the bank statement (as I didn't think of keeping the reciept) and request for it to be repaired.and the person in the store refused to look up their system and confirm if the belt was purchased. Said that it could have been socks purchased instead.and basically did not offer to fix the product.

The person also mentioned that he'd have replaced the belt had we retained the proof of purchase.

A Lil customer service goes a long way in retaining customers mate!

Worst customer service ever. I was completely ignored. I could have just walked out with whatever I wanted and the staff would have had no idea. I won't be coming back.

Great suits and accessories such as Shoes, Two-Coloured Belts, Colourful and simple ties and many more. Reasonable prices too, but I recommend you check to see what suits you and the price before going in. Really nice workers too.

Johnny big watergardens is always a great friendly store. I've never been in there where I wasn't created by a friendly greeting. And the staff are always happy to help if needed.

Great customer service. Suit range was enough for what we needed. Sales rep was very patient with our kiddies running amok while trying to arrange a suit for hubby. I would definitely go back to this store in the future. (Watergardens)

I’ve been buying at this store since they opened. Friendly and helpful staff and nice clothes. I always look forward to Johnny Bigg emails with their looks and new lines. If you’re a big bloke and want to look stylish give them a go.

Good range of products with very helpful staff. Never made me feel like I couldn't ask for help, but also never felt intrusive. Very comfortable place and will return in the future.
