I am a large specimen standing at 6 foot 6 and weighing as much as a hilux, I went into the store expecting nothing but I was greeted with the most lovely staff member ruya who managed to get me into some amazing outfits, she catered to my style and helped me fill my depressing wardrobe, absolutely amazing experience and will be shopping there again

2 male staff members happily chatting amongst themselves I got 2 pairs of trousers off racks tried them on came out got another 2 pairs tried them on

I came to visit the store yesterday and I needed to give a shout out to the young lady who always makes our shopping experience so wonderful every time.
Ruya always demonstrates exceptional customer service, which is something that I value because now days retail workers are just trying to make money on whoever walks through the doors. I walked in looking for one shirt and asked her opinion on how to style it and she put together a whole outfit that I ended up walking out with because she made the experience so enjoyable and easy, and her extensive product knowledge came so naturally.
5 stars for Ruya. I will definitely be back.

Every time we walk into this store my husband and I are greeted with the biggest smiles and warmest greetings. Ruya and Sam would have to be the two most helpful and delightful sales staff we have ever met.

For us bigger blokes you can't go past Johnny Bigg. Had great service from the staff member. Had a bigger range than we get in Perth I think

I visited the store last week to shop for some clothes for my nephew.
I was served by a lovely young lady named Ruya who was super helpful and knew the stock so well.
It’s so nice to have a store that is catered to bigger sized men and is still fashionable.
We didn’t expect everything to be perfect but every time there was something we were unsure about Ruya was quick to give suggestions that were even better.
I have not come across such fantastic customer service like this in years.
Well done to this young lady who made this shopping experience so easy and a great one.

Had tried to contact head office a few times over an online order and wasn't able to get through. I started calling local stores to find if there was anything they could do. After calling 4 different stores and no one answered, I called Northland and spoke with Sam. Told him my issue and even though he has nothing to do with the online orders, he still went out of his way, spoke to his area manager and came up with plan to help me fix my issue. Really appreciate the effort he went to.

I am a tall slim guy. For the first time ever, i walked into a menswear store and found work pants that fitted perfectly. Amazing! Johnny Biggs service was professional and friendly. Their clothing range is great and I walked out with funky blue check business pants that i could go straight to the office in and under $100. Luv Johnny Bigg. Thanks team.

I haven't been shopping for formal clothing in years. Your staff member Reanna seriously needs a raise for being so professional and knowledgeable but also super approachable and down to earth. I definitely spent more than I intended to but I have no regrets and came away with a woolen overcoat and waistcoat that I'm going to wear for years to come. They're so, so comfortable.

It's so good to have a place that's reasonably priced with clothing that actually fits me

Reanna was absolutely fantastic, she helped me find a very affordable suit option for the wedding I had the next day. (last minute I know haha)
But she went above and beyond to help me find something within my price range
Couldn't be happier with the customer service there!

Our organisation had to fit out an oversized client with interview clothes but couldn't find anything that fitted. He suggested we look at the range Johnny Bigg carried and he was right. A wide variety of stock catering to the larger male. The manager that served us was lovely and extremely helpful. It was clear she knew her business as she was quickly able to point to the right selection that met our budget. Pricing was in line with other speciality stores - a touch more expensive then your standard size range but of high quality. If I keep packing on the pounds this will be the first store I visit to renew my wardrobe.:)

Rea (not sure of spelling) was so helpful and provided the best customer service at Northland Johnny Bigg. I have experienced for years! She actually cared about finding the right article of cloths. Thanks you Rea!

The Staff was amazing, nothing was to much to ask for and they felt like they honestly cared how you looked and felt. The girl who served me was honest and my girlfriend and I appreciated it. Instead of telling me it looked bad on me she just said "I wouldn't ware that" which was subtle enough for me to know not to get that certain outfit but if I got an outfit that looked good on me she was my own hype man it was amazing thanks so much ladies

Had a brouse in here first.big man store.then ended up buying few items in here.for the big men in my life.great variety of clothing and staff were really nice and friendly too.prices were reasonable as well.to all big men out there worth a look.
