I couldn’t fault this store.
Great range of stock to choose from and staff that were so helpful I was amazed.
It was the kind of helpful friendly service I haven’t seen anywhere else for years and years.

Came in to pick up some new shirts etc. For a wedding. The staff were incredibly helpful and George was so patient when we were looking for correct sizing etc. Couldn't recommend them enough and will be back for sure.

Went in to today and got few clothes! George is fantastic and goes above & beyond to help! Absolute legend! He would be asset to any organisation! Well mannered & so considerate! Go George!

At last clothing for the big person. They are good quality and the price is great. Also the staff are great and provide good customer service.

Young George at the Moorabbin store was an absolute champion. He was very welcoming, helpful and most importantly, listened.
I was in and out within a few minutes, completely satisfied.

Very pushy sales people to get them over the line to earn a bonus / commission. I bought a suit for my husband, belt, tie and 2 shirts. As my total was nearing $500, the sales lady kept showing me other clothes that I didn't need. I kindly kept saying that I didn't need anything else and I just wanted to purchase the items and leave. She then blatantly asked that I purchase socks to get over the $500 sales mark so they receive some sort of group bonus. I then told her that I should be receiving some sort of discount for purchasing so much from the store in one go. If I could, I would give them zero stars. They ruined the shopping experience. If we really didn't need the suit for a wedding, I would have returned everything the next day and shopped else where.

There's are young guy in there who has served me a couple times with a great smile and he's always dancing around having fun. Love coming here and love the energy the staff have.

I've been coming to this Johnny Bigg for years and normally I have fantastic service and decent prices.not this time unfortunately.

Myself and the 5 other customers that came in while I was there were ignored by the two staff that were on and left to our own devices. I tried on what I was looking for and decided to not make a purchase since the sales staff didn't seem very interested in my sale.

Disappointed. I'm sure I'll be back to some point but for now I'll stick to other Johnny Bigg locations.

Amazing customer service from all your staff who went above and beyond to help me find something for my dad. Will definitely be shopping here again.

I shopped there yesterday and Vicky was very helpful in sorting out new clothes for me. In the end I bought 3 items. They were in the sale with a further 30% off and offered excellent value. I am very pleased with both the service and the value.

They always have great deals and I'm completely blown away by the staffs ability to remember a total stranger and a two minute conversation they had a month or two prior. All five stars are for them, they clearly go above and beyond and deserve great praise from the store!

Keep up the great work guys and I absolutely recommend this store if you're bigger and you need nice clothes at great prices and really supportive staff!

Unfortunate as big guys our choice of clothes and fashion is very limited to stores like this. Which is unfortunate as I intended to walk away with half a new wardrobe but unfortunately there was only one shirt in 4XLT. I find this is common among Johnny Bigg stores. They don't seem to cater for tall big guys. But hey at least I got something.

Good quality clothing in larger sizes with their own distinctive style. I am grateful for what they do.

Easy access via the Moorabbin Direct Factory Outlet facility located on Centre Dandenong Road, opposite the Cheltenham Moorabbin RSL.
Large range of contemporary mens wear for taller and larger people.
A bit crowded in there, many clothes available on racks and shelves. Usually have two to four staff on hand. No toilet facilities onsite but available in the main DFO complex. I buy most of my clothes online but its good to be able try them on and check they are a good fit.
