An employee was very rude. Suits are nice, but I can't say the same about the customer service. I recommend looking at other suit shops before coming to this shop, save yourself the time.

Popped in with my partner to look around and received a very warm welcome by Callum. He started a conversation and was very polite and engaging. My partner walked out very happy with a jacket and some tops. We will definitely be back to see Callum again. It’s good to see an employee who’s actually passionate about his job and his customers.

Had a fantastic experience at Knox. Callum was extremely helpful & went out of his way to help. Great customer service. Bought some nice shirts & a jacket. Really happy with my purchases. Would highly recommend.

We came in to the Knox store this afternoon and was served by such a lovely staff member. She was so helpful and knew sizes just looking at my husband. She was also lovely to myself and my daughter. The store also looked great and there was many many things that we could have bought in top of easily finding and purchasing what we came in for originally. Will be back for sure.

I just needed to say a massive thank you to Daniella for helping my son and my mum today. I came home to the happiest boy tonight because he finally found a shop that made him feel good about himself and everything fits him. I have been involved with retail sales for over 40 years and have been disappointed recently with customer service. Until, i came into your store today to purchase a suit and other items.
I was absolutely stunned by Marshi and her professionalism, manners, knowledge and willing to go the extra mile to help.
Even my elderly parents stated " Gee you hardly see service like that anymore! ".
Well done Marshi, it was a pleasure shopping in your store today and will certainly be recommending you to my family and friends.

Went in here to find a plain, black shirt in a larger size. We had measurements, and the sales assistants were really helpful. They got a tape measure to check the neck size and sleeve length and informed us of their return/refund policy if we had any issues. Really nice when people go the extra mile to deliver great customer service.

Brilliant service at this store. Being a larger guy I am often self concious about how my clothes look, the staff here are understanding of this. On my last few visits Mika has been able to assist with choices for specific occasions and assist me with choosing patterns, colours and combinations that work well for me.

I do like the store, and I'm happy to give it the four, but they could really change their range around a bit more. I know, it's the style, but there's also the attraction that they could be so much better than an upmarket Lowes.there's more out there than just floral print collars and golf shirts.

Superb service. Really next level stuff. Went there tonight to pick up a suit. Like a typical bloke, I can't stand clothes shopping. It's 10 times worse looking for suits. The hassle of getting sized up, and all the attention, and especially being a "thicker" bloke. It can be a bit intimidating.

However, these guys are awesome. I was served by a lovely brunette lady and a big blonde bloke. The nicest people. They could probably tell I was a bit awkward. They made things as easy as possible for me. They got me 2 jackets to try on, as well as a shirt to test. After that, the lady pinned my sleeves in preparation for alteration. They then bagged it up in a fancy bag, and I was on my way. Really pleasant and helpful. One of the best clothes shopping experiances I've had.

The whole process was quick and simple. Was in and out with a suit in less than 10 mins, and I didn't feel like I wanted to walk out of the shop and off the adjacent balcony out the front. I spent perhaps a little more than I was wanting to, but after the quality and the friendliness of the service, it was definitely worth it. I had been looking at suits for the last 3 days trying to find the right size and colour. I should have just come to these guys straight away.

Stellar service, and made the whole process super simple. I am overjoyed with my new suit. Can't thank these guys enough.
