Rude and Appalling Customer Service! Been coming here for years and have always received helpful & friendly advice, but not today, just seemed like too much bother for the girl serving me: -/

I have been going to John Wurzel for over 6 years, and Lil and the staff are lovely and helpful, they stock a great range of hair, beauty, and make up range especially if you are like me and wear Kryolan products.

For the last 8 years I have been going to this store to buy some hairdressing equipment, I very rarely visit this store and most of the time try to avoid going here at all costs, I can officially say that the last time I went was litterally the last time I will ever step foot into this building again. I have given 8 years worth of being patient and trying my hardest to not have arguements every time I'm at this store but it's nearly impossible now. Every time I have gone in to buy a particular hair colour. I always come across an old women with very short white hair who gives me her opinion/lecture with out even asking her for one, I am a hairdresser and have been doing hairdressing for the last 15 years.when I walk into this store I know what I'm buying and some how i feel like that old lady is always their when ever I need help finding something. In many scenarios I have bought my family, friends and friends of friends with me into this store so I can colour match there hair, and that old women always ends up walking into the same area as me, I have no choice but to ask her to only help me find "A" product rather than showing me were the product is located instead she stands their infront on me and who ever I'm with and starts trying to convince me about using another product that she recommends & each time I tell her the same thing as always.which is I just want to use the product that I initially came here for but she unfortunately dosnt back off and starts giving me her opinion and lecture and also implying that I have no idea what I'm doing which is very embarrassing for me especially infront of the people I'm with, I get extreamly frustrated and very annoyed, such utter disrespect I really dislike her and I know I'm not alone in this because I have witness on multiple occasions that old women doing the same thing to other people that need help finding something too. Honestly she's a burden to the business, she always refers to herself as an "old chook" so in saying that give the old chook a boot out of this company and hire some one else for the love of god! I will be telling every single person I come across to never EVER go to this company and will always tell them about this old scrag who thinks she's miss "no it all" and who pretends to know everything about hairdressing but has absouluty no clue what she's even talking about.

My daughter told me aboutthis place she is a qualify hairdressera and colourist. The best thing ever I am so happy to know about this place very friendly and got everything I need for my hair, now I dont need my daughter to do my colours. I now do it myself as I bought a straighter and hairdryer from John Wurzel too and all my colours the best thing too is that they are easy on the pocket, I buy my colours $6-$8 cheaper than Hair Warehouse like seriously and hair salons same products.

I have never met the rudest people that work there.a lady with glasses was so rude! I can’t and won’t shop there again. I brought sometime that was 19 dollars and the minimum is 20 she couldn’t put in through. So I didn’t buy it. GET NEW STAFF.

Poor customer service & management. They treat everyone that walks into this place as if we’re about to steal things. Wanted to take our handbags and place in locker before entering.
