If you expect an honest and transperant service then I would suggest that you stay well away from John Whelan, If you want the police at your door with a warrant for less than $800, after already paying a substantial amount for inadequate services, after months of asking to explain the services provided for $800 you get a blank e-mail, he is a bully with the know how,
