Disappointed in your second round of service as someone from the office could have contacted me about your inability to service my request. I understand the issue but not knowing for 3 weeks was very annoying as I had to chase the office staff on numerous occasions and in the end picked up my document with nothing done.

I would like to convey my most sincere thanks to John Pearce Notary Public for his outstanding service and efforts to resolve a difficult case I was having with an overseas based lawyer in regards to a very important document for an overseas based property. He really went beyond the call of duty to assist in my case and because of this the issue has been completely resolved. I can vouch that a Notary Public is Not just someone who chops and signs documents, just like an Immigration & Customs officer is not just someone who chops and signs passports. People have that misperception because that is what is commonly seen, their jobs entail a lot more scope than that and is far from easy. We should definitely appreciate the work that they do.

John is highly knowledgeable and the information on his website which is for free andswered so many of my questions before even going there.

John made the process so fast that everything was done under 10 mins however his website stated that it takes 15-20 mins for Power of Attorney notarisation. John tried his best to make it as quick as possible.
