Absolutely disgraceful. He was totally unprepared, didn’t introduce himself, made me sit in the waiting room throughout, hadn’t read the email with instructions from my lawyer overseas, didn’t ask me to bring my passport or know it needed including, missed a huge typo in the document, implied I didn’t need to proof read it then after doing all the work he should have done before I arrived, tried charging me double for the time. Never ever again.
