Food was well prepared and tasty - we had cheese burgers and fries as well as some other nibbles; and the fried chicken was excellent. Service was excellent with a friendly and responsive team. Ambience, lighting and music were perfect and the facilities were clean and well presented. We are definitely going back and would recommend a visit.

Went here for a quick meal before a night out and I couldn’t have been happier with the service. The waiter told me what was up with the menu, I had the burger with the candied bacon which was bloody brilliant and the side of fries were absolutely mouth watering. If you get the chance, please pop by and grab a feed, you won’t be disappointed. Great staff, great surroundings and a ripper menu!

Steve is a great bartender, absolutely crushed it tonight for my mate's 30th, give that man a raise and come to this great bar.

Steven was an excellent host for our evening. Very attentive, practically a mind reader with my drink orders. Could not have asked for better staff!

Best service I've had at a restaraunt in a long time. Food was fresh and tasty and cocktails went down a treat.

Post-covid, sadly, it feels like this must have changed hands? Food isn't what it used to be. Nor is the music. And when the chips came out they were like crinkle cut frozen McCain's, when they used to be fantastic (and gluten free; perhaps they still are but I didn't see that indicated). Still a cute garden out back to drink in, and the burgers and fried chicken we got were ok but nothing to write home about. Service was ok too, but not overly helpful. I feel like there's a couple of guys who've taken this over and are riding on its coat-tails. What they might want to do is pick up their game and MJGA (Make Joey's Great Again)

Great atmosphere! The burgers are alright, wine is nice. Customer service is a huge plus. We would definitely come back!

Great atmosphere, killer tunes (laid back, chilked). Fried chicken amazing. Cocktails $20 jug (not very strong though). Definitely go back.

Been here a few times now and I'm considering making it a local. Good burgers and a fine beer selection. Staff are friendly and the music can go off In the tiny dance floor! Much love for this small venue.

Food was great (T Bird and Thai Bolognese loaded fries) but the service was not.

Also, $18 for Chilli Coconut Mojito - sure, if you’re serving in a proper mojito glass (instead of a tumbler) and not packing the glass full of ice. Less than 25% actual drink. Not worth the expenditure.

Also. I’m pretty sure it’s meant to have a rock and roll style, so what’s with the experimental jazz? Literally a mish mash of conflicting styles. Choose one and run with it!

Wagyu! Wagyu! Oh, the affordable wagyu burger is simply amazing! I love the atmosphere and the staff are lovely.situated at wonderful street full of interesting community members, gathered for a feeding, true to Brunswick’s unique culture.

Venue was great in accommodating our large group after a night event in Brunswick. Made room for us and staff were super friendly, and fun!

This venue offers great diner style food. The burgers are the way way burgers should be: fresh and really tasty. The fried chicken is also fantastic with a wide range of delicious sauces. Great atmosphere with great service, highly recommended!

Nice burgers, reasonably priced beer. Not too much fuss but still a nice atmosphere. Chairs are not the comfiest and are very close to the table (not movable).

Yummy.some really good burgers and fries with lovely dipping options. Also available is some good fried chicken.

Enjoyed a cocktail here the other night before heading to a gig at Retreat Hotel. Great spot for a drink, especially out in the back courtyard.
