Really bad experience, we ready paying for inspection for our property, and contact with them 2 months, and finally them give us email back say [can do the repairs and install the gate for $450], after 2 days, [No sorry we don’t have the gates, but they can be purchased from bunnings. ]

Now we complete do our door by ourselves, keep calling them about need to complete poor certificate, and still no received the phone call and email.

I made an Enquiry on a Saturday morning re needing a pane of stippled frosted glass for a broken door. Joey was polite, helpful and offered extremely good / excellent service. Called to get sliding door fixed they installed last year. They started attempting then tried to charge me on the spot an absurd amount (which wasnt mentioned in previous conversation) then came lower with cost after i questioned the quality and just left and left the sliding door in worse state than before. When I called to let them know the door is now worse after their attempt they said I was wasting their time & asked me to never call them again. We've dealt with many trades during our time but this experience was disheartening& shocking service.

Called Joey yesterday at 2: 34pm for help to repair a smashed large window in Oakleigh.

He answered promptly, came back with a quote quickly and by 11: 34am the next day (Less than 24 hours later) the window was repaired with better and stronger glass.
