Joblife Employment

Failed to allow me to access the employment fund for a laptop to complete a cyber security course after telling me it would be no problems if I signed up. Then when I lodged a complaint they somehow were able change me over to a payment not able to access the fund. Mishandled my private information and couldn't be more unprofessional. Avoid at all costs. They have no care for their customers and I can only assume something odd is going as the employment fund available is not even their money. This course would of got me off welfare and secured my future and yet joblife went out of their way to stop that because I stood up for my rights which they labeled as 'demands' when all I wanted was a tool that government provide reimbursement for.
