Hopeless/ineffective, take your pick

What a disorganized group that work at this place.
I was told they would contact me and give me details of my appointment. I was also told that a confirmation would be sent to me from them using SMS. That did not happen.

I called on the day of the appointment as I was not sure what was happening or if I had the right place.
I called several times as the phone was not being answered.
Eventually I got through to a staff member who answered, she was rude and was very happy to tell me what I had been told and instructed by others.
She told me that I had been given details and that, she firmly implied that all was my fault.
When I mentioned to here that I would escalate and that I did not appreciate her being rude to me she toned down her attitude.
Another appointment was made and I attended.

What more can I say!

I've been with JF for quite a while here and I've abit of decline in service over the last 4 years and it seems to have gotten worse with the service or lack off staff. But I do get the reasons why with pandemic and changes but it would always seem the best staff (from 2019 only!) never really stick around and it's best staff (Madison, Amanda, Bonnie, Jacci among others) that are kind and compassionate always seem to leave without warning leaving the more mediocre staff behind to take over but applies to anywhere. Unlike 2019 where they had good staff that cared and had extra services, the JF of 2022 devoid of all this and seem too be KPI-points driven only with a lack of concern for their clientele only giving bare bones information to help in any avenues but atleast the staff actually admit this notion which refreshingly honest! I would stick around short term with JF Richmond while researching onto anything better out there if it even exists. They only serve to push you into any position they can get you into for their KPI driven agenda. Not giving a bad review, just telling how it is now.

Dear Jobseekers and Employers,
I write this review with honesty and integrity, to express my sincere gratitude and thanks to the Jobfind Richmond team and their manager Jaqui who this week has made a significant difference to mine and my young family's livelihood by assisting me in securing a full time job. This is a hand up I needed which has ended a term of financial and emotional hardship for me and my family. Thank you Jacqui for all your hard work, patience and positivity. You efforts are motivating and inspiring. I highly recommend jobfind Richmond.

Appalling customer service. Staff are unorganized, unprofessional and rude. Roua was particularly unhelpful. Jobfind Richmond will lead you around in circles and completely waste your time.

JobFind Richmond has supported me to reskill by paying for my the courses required to work in the Building and Construction Industry. I was able to gain the certifications required to qualified to perform Traffic Control/Traffic Management duties and work on a construction site. I also needed but couldn't afford the PPE required to work onsite like steel cap boots, protective eye and ear equipment and High Vis clothing. JobFind Richmond were able to compensate me with the cost of these items. I really appreciate the assistance my consultant Jarrad has provided with quick responses and a supportive and positive attitude to assist me to gain employment. Thank you.

Jaqueline (Jacqui) has been my caseworker for quite a few months now and she has been absolutely amazing in helping me with all aspects of my job find and my current employment. She has been kind and understanding towards me and she is always willing to go out of her way and make time to explain things to me if I’m to get stuck. She has been an outstanding support for myself and constantly checking in with me to see how work is going. I really appreciate all that she has done and continues to do. She is an incredible person and amazing at what she does.

My experience here at Jobfind in Richmond was fantastic. Jacquie my consultant has helped me since the the I step foot into Jobfind a couple of years ago.

I battled with depression and drug dependency for a number of years even while I was working. But with their help I have found that there is so much more to like than being sad and drunk all the time.

Bonnie help cleared my path and with Jacquie’s help whom guided me through a clearer pathway towards my goal.

So in conclusion I would like to thank Jacquie, Bonnie and all the staff at Jobfind In Richmond for a fantastic job they have done for me.

My name is Daniel and this is my experience with Jobfind in Richmond

Made me wait half an hour and they didn't know who I had the appointment with and had me fill out forms that I didn't need to

Most staff treat clients with disrespect and disdain. Roua was especially aggressive and severely lacking in compassion, and outright refused to listen to my situation. Avoid if possible

EDIT: I did complain to Jobfind whilst I was a client. They did not engage with my complaint in good faith and refused to take any action to remedy the situation
