Very bad experience, have never seen people like this. They treat you like you are slaves and push you out of the boundaries. They are not concerned about people, their circumstances and health, all they care about is how to push you in the workforce, doesn't matter if your disability is not allowing you to go that far. They dehumanise people, threaten them, gives them anxiety by saying on every phone call, your payments will stop if you don't do this, do that. Most importantly, they are not very much aligned with centrelink, they make appointments even during the time when Centrelink has given you the excemption. They say things from themselves and when you inquire with Centrelink, they are not in line with the practices. They call you from their personal mobile phones so that calls cannot be recorded and people have no record of them abusing you or threatening you over the phone. Staff needs to know how to talk to their customer and even the Senior Managers do not know the ettiquettes of talking. They are in the same boat, threatening people.

My consultant has be very helpful and nice and has helped me during the time where I’ve needed to find work and progressed to where I need to be!

A wonderful bunch of people who care dearly about their customers lead by a strong and supportive manager - Jess Hunt.

I have to say that the consultants there are fantastic. I have been seen by all of them and speak of them very highly to other people. As for the Manager (Jess), I have never met such a potato in my life. Forever staring with a blank expression. Not helpful at all. As useful as a sieve

Very sympathetic and helpful under the name Direct Recruitment. Under Job Find that all changed. While the psychologist was excellent the same cannot be said for the unsympathetic consultant. I lost my courier job suddenly and they refused to give a reason. Jobfind consultant said to me "It's happened now. Move on. Find a job". As a result I left and you have lost me as a client forever.

After seeing consultant K half a dozen times, i realised he was all talk. Kept saying i was his number 1 client and he was going to spend whole days calling employers on my behalf. Then out of the blue he just up and resigned. Very much let me down. And a consultant who says he will lie on your behalf to better your job prospects is not the kind of person any potential employer wants to deal with.

The receptionist is not helpful at all she is not interested to help you with you queries. She kept telling me to go back to centrelink and talk to them when all i want to ask her was if what sort of job vacancies they have available and so i can decide whether tp register with them or go somewhere else where they will have jobs more suitable for my skills and qualifications.i will not recommend this place to anyone
Don't waste your time as they dont have the willingness to assist you.instead they will make you feel like they want you to just walk out of that door soon as you start talking about what you there for. I suggest go to Sarina Russo Cranbourne they are so helpful and informative talked to lady Allysa and she is brilliant and very helpful.
