Roshana, the discrimination you show time and time again, i do not understand how you have a role with assisting the public especially those who are in need.
A report will be sent about you and your staff who i have had to deal with this week to consumer affairs. Treat others how you would expect them to treat your own family members.

Helen is an amazing person she has helped in ways she can't imagine she believes in me and listens to what I need and follows through she is a powerhouse and has a passion for helping people and one day I hope to be able to repay her for everything she has done for me even though she says she has done nothing very humble human being

My experience with Job find is wonderful. I found very professional and amazingly lovely people. My case officer is Sumandeep, who is very supportive, kind helpful, i always get positive feedback from her. She has introduced me into workforce to update my skills. I attended training class which i have successfully attended and archived lot of computer skills. Iam happy to attend jobfind office. It is always very helpful. I know they doing their level best into putting us back into workforce.

This is the wrong address for this place I had a hard time finding it. But the lady I spoke to was helpful. See how my appointment goes with them.

I found their service terrible. I was offered financial assistance when I found new job, not thanks to Jobfind, which the agent said could take up to 28 days. A month went by and nothing happened. When I asked for an update, I was told that due to lockdowns there was a backlog so it would take longer to process. For almost 4 months, I was given the same excuse repeatedly but most of the time the agent would not even bother to respond. I asked for a complaints number and was told I would get an update asap. Another 2 weeks went by without any update. Why bother offering assistance when they don't seem to care to honour their offer? Surely, processig a reimbursement is not that complicated.

Helen was amazing she went above and beyond to help me get a job she deserves more credit than I can give also Sumandeep worked really hard to help get a job she was really lovely and all I can say is these two ladies don’t get enough credit

Wonderful experience with Jobfind Craigieburn. Helen Andaras is amazingly resourceful and supportive. After 2 job referrals, I secured employment. Helen has been a great advocate and the follow-up procedures were prompt and came with added bonuses such as financial assistance with uniforms and necessary pre-training costs/logistics. They are the best provider program that I’ve been with which has been a few, honestly the rest never really helped me until I came to jobfind in craigieburn, I’ve now started a job which I’ve been at for two year due to my job provider helping me. They have amazing service and are such friendly staff.:)

They are an integrated work team that provides services in addition to assistance in preparing a resume

This provider is a 5 star. Have helped me since I commenced with them and have now started a job. Ever since I have been going there all consultants are very lovely and helpful. Not once have I come across anything bad with this provider and will definitely recommend to others. I have been with other providers years ago however I would definitely say this provider is the best! Thank you to Sav the receptionist for helping me get employment. Worst service ever, Action should be taken against these people, these people are so racist. They’ll do anything to put your payment on hold. I told these people that I had uni on the which I had the appointment with them, but the disgusting lady who answered the phone call (Roshana) her name was, acted so rude and aggressive had a go off at me saying that she cannot give another appointment date and that’s payment will be put on hold no matter what. She is so rude and is the worst that you could have. She is so racist and up herself and she thinks that she’s pays out of her hands. Worst lady I have spoken to in my whole life

I went to the office on Friday afternoon about 4.20pm to inform that I could not attend appointment on 11/3 due to having surgery on the same day. The staff on duty, (big tall lady of Samoan look)
told me to come back on Monday or call back on Monday. She also said that they are closed at 4.00 when in fact the closing time is at 5pm.
She does not even care to look at my hospital appointment letter and does not want to accept the letter. She is not helpful and just does not care. This behaviour is not acceptable. I feel very disappointed.
