All the staff are nice and helpful friendly！！！I got alot advise from them.especially Christine T who consider for you every single part for my workplacement she is patience and warm！！！

Staff are pretty rude, make almost a no leniency with the times that work for me, every time I come into an appointment there is no one else there but me, and my caseworker always says she’s busy. Good for her she has clients but obviously I’m only free some mornings because I work already. Feel like there’s not much help or friendliness going on here.

Christine, thank you for your support during my tough days of unemployment. I am deeply grateful that you covered me in such a nice and courteous manner when I was trying to pass exams and get a job. Knowing you understood me enabled me to concentrate on my studies. I will never forget your kindness. I appreciate everything you and your colleagues have done.

I haven't been paid for 2 weeks and during that time i have been trying to call every day to rectify this. Not once have they answered. Other times I have showed up at my appointment 3 weeks in a row only to find my worker is not there. Very disappointing.

I cannot get through on the phone for over a week, this seems to be an ongoing scenario set up by the Commonwealth

I have been on the system for a few years now and I’ve gone through a lot in my life. Jobfind box hill has turned my life around and one in particular Eleni has completely transformed my life. They spent time, energy and money on me when I didn’t think anyone would even care. I now have qualifications, a new outlook on life and career prospects on my horizon.
