Absolutely unprofessional! They are paid to help people yet they talk to you disrespectfully!
Rad from the Epping centre was rude and had no customer service!

This is my first service provider and the worst one I have been to, The consultant Rad is rude judgmental and very Racist, a lot of young job seekers are already going through a period of hard time imagine they have to go through this place.

Just want to say a huge thank you to Grace the manager For always helping me out, as well her entire team. She goes above and beyond to help, She is an awesome example of a manager!

Incredibly rude, entitled and snobby receptionist
I called to reschedule my job prospects appointment because I was ill, the receptionist asked for my name and when I told her what it was she corrected my on the pronunciation of of my own name saying “my cousin and friends spell it that way and that’s the right way to say it”. She then proceeded to tell me I “didn’t sound sick” and that I should grin and bare it and just go to the appointment and that she went to work when she was sick “all the time”
Classic KAREN. I would give zero stars if I could.

They weren't helpful even though they seem promising they will humiliate you. If there is anyone else who has suffered from this service please contact me.

Within 3 weeks they got me from living on the streets thinking of killing the next person who annoys me so I can get free hot meals and comfortable accommodation in prison, through to having one of the most enjoyable jobs I've had so far (even though it's still minimum wage). Two months on and I'm now living comfortably with more money than I need.
