Jo Woods Relationship Counsellor & Coach reviews
11This was a wonderful mini retreat and Jo has simplified each topic and made it practical and easy to understand. It was great getting a 5-minute video each day with a new topic to keep on track. I highly recommend it.
I would highly recommend Inward Retreat taught by Jo. After the retreat I was looking at my life and my current problems from a different angle. I learned how to calm myself down in stressful situations and techniques that will help me stay calm. After the retreat I felt more in control of myself and how I react to external problems. Thank you Jo. You really made a positive impact on my life.
I really enjoyed the 28 day online course with Jo, this was so good to do while I was waiting for my appointment and highly recommend. I have had one session with Jo and felt she really listened and was warm and friendly. She has given me some good tips and I am looking forward to our next session.
Jo guided me through some of the most challenging times of my life. From the moment I sat down, I felt safe and at ease. It’s hard finding someone you can be truly vulnerable with but Jo makes that so easy. I would recommend Jo to anyone looking for support, it will be the best decision you make.
Jo is a great counsellor & life coach for any personal, relationship or general life issues you want to discuss.
Jo has been nothing other than amazing in supporting me in my journey from a lost soul to a man who now thrives in life. I have been to many a Counsellor in my short time alive but no one has come close to Jo. She has a deep understanding and unique perspective that allowed me to grow from within. I really appreciate everything Jo has done and I am truly grateful for the support she has provided to me over the past few years.
Jo is a rare gem in a sea of counselling options. She is honest to a T, warm, genuinely cares and empowers you to find your own journey in working through issues. Cannot recommend her more highly!
I went to see Jo when I was in a very bad place. My 34 year marriage had collapsed as my husband had gone off with a younger woman. Jo was wonderful and supportive without being sickly. She treated me as a survivor not a victim. I have come out of that awful time feeling strong and positive. Thank you Jo.
I’m not adverse to claiming that talking to someone with a broad life experience (not just their own but others’ as well) is a very healthy option - especially when one feels life has dished them up a curve ball. Jo helps you get to the heart of your feelings and like she says, “all feelings are true”.
I have found counseling with Jo extremely comforting and empowering. She’ll find your strengths, the silver lining, and provide some tools for what you can do next.
Read her “About” on her website. You’ll not find a more open, skilled or understanding listener - she’ll get you skipping again. I could not recommend Jo more highly.
Jo was a fantastic help to me personally and professionally. I recommend her to anyone wanting an insightful and understanding professional to help navigate times of difficulty.
Jo helped me immensely overcome fears of social anxiety and transition through a few difficult years of feeling unsettled. If it wasn't for her openness to listen to my fears and concerns, I know I wouldn't be the same person I am today.
