Amazing service and REASONABLE prices. John and his team have been absolutely incredible. We had a different company over first. They wanted to charge us $8000 to dig up our garden (which they claimed was necessary) and put me under a lot of pressure to sign the quote. Quite distressed, I called JMB Plumbing to get a second opinion. They were super helpful and friendly. John came over straight away, unblocked the drain, charged us a fraction of what the initial company quoted and most importantly.no digging!
We would recommend John anytime, he has been nothing but fair and reasonable.

John turned up on time, and solved my sewer problem quickly. I have an old complex sewer system with easements, multiple old drains and pipes in different stages of repair. John not only diagnosed the problem that other plumbers could not (with one quoting $8k to fix it!), he coordinated with Yarra Valley Water to fix the sections they needed to. He then followed up to make sure it was all done. He is very reasonably priced and cares about the outcome of his work. Could not ask for more or recommend highly enough.

John and Kevin did a fantastic job clearing the sewer lines of tree roots from our apartment block. We had another plumber organised through the body corporate who said we had to replace the whole sewer line at an exorbitant price. John and Kevin came with their cutter and fixed the blockage at 1/16th of the price the last plumber quoted. Really nice people to deal with (include Noleen in the office), who are honest and very responsive, I highly recommend them.

We found JMB Drain after wasting money and time getting 2 other businesses to unblock sewer drain John Bourke (JMB) with right knowledge/right tools/strong desire to help customers turned out to be perfect man who resolved the issue in 30 minutes. I Highly recommended. JMB.

My normal plumber was unable or reluctant to come. Rang JMB and they were there within the hour and cleared our blocked drain. The price was reasonable and was as quoted with no extras. An honest and reliable company who I will use again and would recommend to anyone.

Extremely happy with the team at JMB. My blocked storm water drain was cleared within 48 hours of calling. Dealing with the office staff was professional and effortless and Kevin the plumber was highly experienced and offered handy advice on proper backyard drainage setup after inspecting and clearing the blocked storm water. Price was fair considering the prompt and expert service we received and I chose to pay the extra $50 for a camera inspection to check the state of my pipes. Will use again.

If you are new to Melbourne and if you are not sure who can fix your drainage block. You are at the right place call this company and tell them what your problem. Now all the headaches you can give to John, “ a very nice guy who is very happy to explain everything and in my case the fault was caused by Yarra Valley. He called them and sort out everything for me. Before i met john i was not very sure about how this job gonna end. Same job, other plumber “Drain Blast” attended and charged me 680$ a day ago. The issue not even solved and he left me a 3000$ Quote to solve my blockage with breaking my fence and getting an escalator to dig my property. I paid 320+GST+ Kerala Tea (a state in india) to john and he fixed this problem in an hour. Amazing guy i can strongly recommend to everyone. Also i forgot to mention that he told me what i have to do get that 320$ from Yarra Valley as a refund as that was their problem. Keep up your good work
