After speaking to Jamie at the Melbourne 4x4 show I Had a short entry snorkel on my gq modified to low cut to suit a roof light bar and he was more than happy to help, finish is perfect and their service is second to none, absolutely stoked and would recommend anyone to jmax!

Ordered a snorkel from Jmax for my 2010 Holden RC Colorado, the instructions they gave me to fit it were terrible had to end up pretty well trying to figure out how to do it myself because the instructions were that bad.

Once the snorkel was finally fitted it was loose and wobbly and the top of the snorkel clipped the top of the drivers door when opening and shutting.went down to there warehouse to get it fixed, they ended up welding a tab on the snorkel inside the guard to stop it popping out but all they did were four little tack welds and as you can guess they only lasted about a week until it was back to what it was.kept on coming up with excuses about how hard it is to make a snorkel for the model Colorado but maybe if the made a better design for it then they wouldn't have these problems.

My son brought a snorkel and airbox and the airbox wouldn’t fix his vehicle. Sent airbox back and months later and emails later still nothing resolved!
Airbox is supposed to be a custom fit yet my son will have to make modifications to fit it to his vehicle. It is false advertising as it doesn’t fit as it is. The pipes definitely do not line up. Even send them videos and they seem to think it does fit
Zero customer service and zero care! They are quick enough to take your money but no customer loyalty or satisfaction!
After reading other reviews others are in the same boat

Save your money and stress and don’t use this company!

Product warning for Jmax engineering!

Ordered a 75 series snorkel and the top bracket that connects to the frame was 15mm+ too deep from the frame and not even lined up correctly!

When the top bracket is pushed in like then the bottom bracket isn't even near the frame.

The template i was sent for the cut out has been done perfectly and their advice was keep cutting it until it fits.

After over 20 emails back and fourth over multiple weeks they're still denying manufactures fault which is a pathetic excuse for customer service.

Would not recommend this company to anyone!

Buy local and save yourselves the trouble.

I had money put aside for the n70 snorkel and air box combo I was ready to buy it today but now they have decided to put the price tag up to 2250! When It was originally 1500 and yet you still gotta pay your own gst and shipping.works out to nearly be 3k all up now, and to top that I’ve gotta wait till the 10th of March for it to get here apparently, so I thought ok that makes it difficult I’ll just see if I can After Pay it to make it abit easier and no looks like they have have taken that away.absolutely unreal looks like I’m taking my business else where.

Honestly could not be any happier with this place, snorkel and air box has been on the car for over 2 years nut fittings on air box had broken due to mechanics over tightening called them up they told me to come straight down and fixed it for free put 2 new bolt inserts a new gasket and all new nuts with washers they was all very polite if you ask me 5 stars is not enough well done jmax

Purchased an brake booster upgrade for my 2014 VDJ79R. WOW huge difference.
Ive had issues with braking since i brought the vehicle.
The Jmax booster has fixed my problems and given me confidence.

Couldn’t be more disappointed with the service received from this company through a difficult time. My son is a first year apprentice who’s first car was stolen last week with a car load of tools. I called straight away to ask if they could cancel the order as sadly he no longer has his first car. Was promised a call back that day.nothing.phoned them again and told to lodge a return online.website not working.told to email details but then told to go on faulty website as hopefully it’s fixed now and you can get your refund. Then advised refund would not be granted after all. Way to make a stressful situation even more so! My son had been excited to receive this product but will now sadly has no vehicle to fit it to. The lack of customer service and misinformation has added so much stress during already difficult times!

Beyond happy with the install on my brand new 79 series. It's the second snorkel iv got through these guys. Excellent quality and spot on workmanship. Thanks again. Would highly recommend

Purchased a snorkel for my Navara D40 V6 Diesel and the air box kit did not fit. I was promised a solution / adaptor so it would fit but was never done and could not get a reply to what happening with it. Make a good looking product by no after sales service. Buy at your own risk.

JMax deserves 6 stars from me. From the moment contacting JMax Leasa was very helpful and nice. The boys did an excellent job with the combination package. The other big positive was a courtesy for the day really helped me seeings I was from over 2 hours away.

Purchased 2 x airbox and snorkel kit, I picked them up from the workshop and the team was awesome. Easy and ready to help if I got stuck on the installation. Everything was a perfect fit and was exactly what I wanted. Couldn't recommend the quality or service to a higher standard.
