Do not use them. I finally had enough money to repair what Metricon could not build properly in the first place. I used him as he was the only one who would do the job during lockdown. I'll give him credit for that however the money I paid him probably got him through lockdown hence why he agreed. I paid him money when he asked. I never got a receipt when I asked. Got the same roof leaks before I called them. After trying to fix it a second time and the same original issues exist, he will not respond. Insurance doesn't cover poor workmanship. Work is not guaranteed as nothing was resolved after the job was completed. I'm in the same position as I was when I first called him. Exact same leaks, exact same problem and a lot of money spent. Do not use them.

I needed a couple of leaks in the roof to be sealed. Even after they replaced a section of the roof there is still a couple of leaks in the roof - one of the original ones (that was never fixed) and a new one that wasn’t there before.
I got up on the roof myself to see where the new leak was coming from and saw this bodged up work around the chimney.
Calls and messaged to get them to fix it have been ignored.
