40My Bose bass module stopped functioning. Took it to Jls and they fixed it within 3 days. Bose wanted 5 to 6 weeks to repair it. Great service from Jls. Highly recommend Jls
My Yamaha AS2100 died on me with several issues, JLS fixed it up and when similar issues presented soon after they went back in again and repaired the other issues efficiently no questions asked. Amazing service!
I took my Cambridge Audio radio/CD player to JLS recently, hoping their service matched the glowing reviews so many people had given them; I’m very happy to confirm the team at JLS met all my expectations.

My Bose lifestyle5 series 111 stopped working after 23 years. JLS replaced the part and repaired it within one week. I like to thank them not just for their workmanship but their customer service. The Bose is now connected to my smart TV and it sounds fantastic.
FIve star service here! I took in an elderly amplifier, with only one channel working. Only a few days later my amplifier was restored to perfect health, and is now back in my lounge room at full power. These people are experts, and really do know what they are doing!

I write to compliment JLS on the repairs of my radio and particularly my 1983 tape deck. It may be a few (?) years old but it's good quality.and now it works like new again.

Have consulted these guys a few times. Just had my second turntable (for the holiday house) reconditioned with new Ortofon cartridge and belts etc. It sounds great! Last year had a loud speaker cone replaced, and a pre amp fixed. As always, Joe and Jane do a very professional job, and the technical explanations about the work required is greatly appreciated. Highly recommend their business.
Joe provided great assistance, during COVID-19, in responding remotely but efficiently to an issue I had with my Bose. Helpful and informative.
We had an issue with our 2 and 1/2 year old Marantz receiver and needed some advice on what to do and their staff was so helpful in giving us their time to listen and gave us the best advice even though it ended up not bringing them business. The advice they gave, saved us money and resolved the problem. Great people and will always recommend them in the future for sure.
Very helpful staff. The support line run by my equipment manufacturer advised taking my home theatre subwoofer to an authorised repairer for $350 (fixed rate) worth of repairs. On taking it in to JLS, the guy asked a couple of very targeted questions (that the manufacturer’s support line did *not* ask) and within five minutes had identified and resolved the issue. In and out in five minutes with *zero* charge. Excellent customer service. Thanks v much.
